                Name: Hachiko Tsuchiya
                Gender: Female
                Age: 18
                Patrol: N/A
                Rank: Recruit

Appearance: She looked young and pale, with long flowing black hair and deep purple eyes, a slender girl who was actually older than everyone guessed. She almost looked sickly, but she had strength in her heart. Her eyeliner was a tad heavy, and her eyelashes were long and dark. She had always been called pretty, but never really thought it was true, just kind words from strangers. Her hair was always sleek, but often fuzzy on top, especially after working long hours - she kept a small comb tucked away for such occasions as she liked to be kept well groomed in front of her peers.

Personality: All her friends call her Hachi, a shy, yet bubbly girl. She's also a quiet girl and mostly serious. Hachiko was marked as the gazelle of her classmates, being timid and alert. She will fight for her friends no matter what the cost. Although emotionally attached to everything she does, she never lets anyone see her cry. Her goal was to be strong for herself and her friends and never let anyone see her weaknesses.

History: Growing up, Hachiko was an only child, loved generously by both parents. They were proud and humble, having known their daughter was a sweet and innocent thing who did well in school, being the at the top of her class. She was fond of her parents too. When she was 9 her parents had been in battle outside The City with the centipedes and unfortunately lost their lives. It was a tragic event in Hachiko's life. She had broken her promise to herself just that once that she would never let anyone see her cry - it was a fatal blow.

Since her parents' death in the tragic accident just a few years earlier, Hachiko was left alone with just her grandfather to take care of her. He had been through much heartache as well and wasn't the young man he used to be. During that time she grew close to her grandfather and learned many things from him and his days when he was a wolf rider - it had sparked her interest about The Academy.

The next 8 years she had spent caring for him. He was old, but wasn't ready to give up yet - his stubbornness was a trait she had inherited as well. He sent her to The Academy, knowing fully well that she was at an age that her time should be spent on becoming something more than his caretaker. She protested at first, but knew that it was all she could do to make him happy and to earn her place as an independent woman in this world.
