I've changed the colouring of the pond round a bit and added more on the background (photoshop wouldn't let me download it :/ so I made do with what I could make sorry)

the character could do with some more wieght and maybe a slightly more dynamic pose but apart from that shes actually pretty good. i like the frog in the foreground hes very good, but i dont think you need another point of interest in the background, the fox will do fine although id maybe change the composition slightly so the fox is over to the right side and move the character to the left slightly. also id make the forest much more dense and have light shining through it, like un beams to illuminate the character but thats your choice biggrin. as for water i have no idea how id paint it, only thing i can suggest is look at a few photos of ponds and try and copy that effect (references are invaluable for stuff like this) as for photoshop if i where you id download it because it really is very good (also do you have a tablet?)
one a side point if you dont have a tablet id practice with colouring pencils or paints because while it is possible to do amazing stuff with a mouse its just not as fun biggrin

It's pretty good. My main qualm is the strange shape of the folded thighs. Not natural looking.
