Pona still remember her sisters, her father and her mother but the faces where almost fading away now. She had tried finding a new home in the ela lands by hope her family would be there. She was raised by a male lion named Ona and his familar bird Kucha. But when she reached adulthood she tought it was time to find something new. A fresh start in life.
She had both found love or well atleast for a few days and a new home into the pridelands. She had given birth to three healthy babies one boy and two girls. But she still tought something was missing in her life.
There was a black coated male she met a while ago would she ever meet him again? she had many questions but no answers. Wasn't adults suppose to know things? maybe not everything but atleast enough to support themselves?

A pair of purple eyes watched the lioness. Nawari rolled her shoulders and flicked her tail as she watched the lioness. Why did she look so down all of a sudden? Nawari was just a genet but she had always seen the bright things in her life. Just wandering around made her happy.
Nawari had come to the pridelands with her mate and her daughter Chane since her mate had some things to do here in the pridelands she tought it would be a good idea to tag along. She smiled and tilted her head to the side. Maybe there was a way to help this lioness. Sometimes it seemed like these lions was in accistance of guideness.
So she jumped out from the bushes from where she was hiding to introduce herself.
" Hallo there! i was woundering why you look so serious? "

Pona didn't even realize that someone was watching her she was to busy with her own toughts. She shock her head and looked down at the little creature. What was that? it was the first time she saw one of those creatures but what was it?
" Ehh! what are you? it's the first time i see one of your kind "
Pona stopped thinking of herself for a while since it's not everyday a strange yellow creature that you never seen before burst into your life like this. It looked more like a cat then a dog tough...

That was the first thing she tought of? what was wrong with this lioness she really must have many problems. Nawari shock her head and looked up at the lioness..
" I am a genet! my name is Nawari i came here with my family how about you? "
She tought talking wouldn't be that bad after all she atleast hoped that the lioness wasn't hungry and was gonna eat her.
" Well lions usually don't see us because we usually stay away from you almost all smaller creatures are afraid of you lions "
Nawari wasn't afraid but she had never been like anyone else.

Pona just nodded a little...this creature that apparently was a genet was indeed talkactive and Pona would not eat her she was more interested of what she had to say then just a snack meal. If Pona wanted food she would go and hunt for real..
" Oh a genet you say...and i usually hunt bigger prays so don't worry "
Then Pona blinked the genet Nawari had asked her a question back..
" My name is Pona i live here with my family as well but both my 2 daughters and my son are adults now "
She said with a weak smile...she had no idea how much she did miss them now that they where adults. She just felt so lonley.

Oh so the lioness had a name as well well she tought that all creatures had names but she had never heard a lion introduce herself yet but Pona was simple and easy to remember.
" Oh i have 2 daughters and one son as well~~ they are all adults as well but i still see them from time to time "
Well atleast her daughter Chane and her mate came with her here.
" I tought lions didn't have any problems...or is it maybe the opposite? that it is us smaller creatures that have an easier life? "
Nawari probably asked ot many questions for being so small but she didn't care. if you didn't asked then you will never find out.

So this little female also had a family like hers...well accept a mate of course. Pona's fling was just a one time thing it was fun at that time but she was young and she would never regret it but the thing was that her family left her as a child or she didn't know actually maybe they forgot about her...she had tried finding a home in the ela lands but she ended up here instead.
Sometimes her past haunted her in her dreams...she wanted to know or would it be worth just to leave for a while just to find out your past?
" If you had a past that you still don't know the truth about what should you do? "
She had no idea why she asked this genet but she had no one else to ask.

The lion seemed to have some problems after all she didn't really answer her question but she got her answer anyway. So a past she didn't know the truth of? that one was tricky..
" Hm well if i where you i would try to search the truth before it got to late...with time other creatures forget... "
She said with a smile and wagged her tail lightly..
" What is this past that you seek? maybe i can help "
She might be small but she was wise and had traveld a lot.

Maybe Nawari was right? maybe she should have gone out on a journey long ago to find out the truth? but she was just so happy that she had find a home that she liked would it be a good idea to leave now?
" Hmm maybe you are right...i just wish i would have done it long ago. Ok i did once just after they left me...well my family but i never found a trace of them...maybe i just looked at the wrong places "
She sighed and felt so stupid...was it this that had botherd her for so long? she had tried to deny her past and create something new...a new family that loved her but she still couldn't let her old one go. If she wanted an end to it she had to find them and ask what happend.
" Yes...i have decided i will go...thanks for the help little one "

Nawari was happy that Pona had decided it would be very healthy to her and she could always come back since this was her home after all. And this was also Nawari's new home.
" Well then i will come with you~~ i think you will need my help "
She said and jumped up on the lions back. She was small but full of fighting spirit this would be just a small adventure for Nawari but it would effect Pona's life she knew that but she was just glad to help.

Oh she wanted to come with her? Something inside Pona shone up almost like her soul had been touched. Never had she met anyone that was this open hearted and wanted to help a stranger out...even less a genet they where not suppose to be friends with lions.
" Really? that actually makes me really happy. If you are ready then we will leave i just have to go tell my babies that i am leaving for a little while "
Maybe Nawari wanted to tell her family as well? it was good to prepare a little bit before they both left. Pona felt so excited for the first time in a long time she felt that something was going to change.
And with that 2 new creatures found eachother and would go off on a big adventure together...an adventure to find Pona's past.
