Gabriel swooped through the trees and laughed warmly while a fervent feeling spread from through his body from his head to his toes. It was times like this, when he had nothing else to do but enjoy the wind under his wings, that Gabriel remembered the good things about life. His two coocoon fairies weaved around him through the sky, as equally as graceful as their master. They giggled and smiled, it was a rare sight, seeing their master so carefree. The two had forged a very deep relationship with Gabriel, and the angelic P'anavia treated them like his equals and like his friends. Gabriel hated Painters that treated their companions like servants, no matter how unintelligent they may seem.
He was just passing over the the Jungle of Sleep, on his way to the scrub forest. Gabriel was hoping for a little rest and relaxation that day, and maybe a good massage, but the later was even less likely to occur than the first. Keeping an eye always on the ground below him, just in case he saw something of interest, Gabriel did a couple lazy aerials and flips. He was an excellent flier, and enjoyed letting himself go while trusting his natural instincts to keep him in the air. It was a start of a beautiful day....

Wings spread out from her flowing body, Seraphina glided just over the treetops. She may not have needed her wings necessarily to fly, but having them stretched out away from her, kept the wind from dragging her down. Life was quiet for her, she had no friends, or even any companions to keep her company. She had always managed to keep herself secluded and away from the sight of others.
Seraphina reached down and as she glided over the trees, she ran her paw, her nails catching on some of the leaves. It always amused her when she heard that noise for some reason. She pulled her paw back up after a few moments and gave a small sigh. Her seclusion was getting the best of her and in some sense she almost wanted to run into someone. Just to change how her days always went by. Maybe today would be the day, just maybe.

Gabriel glided on his back blindly, just floating through the air with no particular way to go. As he continued on, he suddenly began to hear a sort of rustling sound in the distance. Ignoring and labeling the sound as some animal simply crashing through the trees, Gabriel continued to float along. His little fairies flew close to him, their wings sometimes tickling his belly, at which point he'd begin to chuckle. The two were very affection, and Gabriel probably would have felt very lonely without them. Then, after a short while, Gabriel zipped past a golden form in the sky and blinked slightly trying to understand what he had seen. His attention was drawn to the sight of a glorious female P'an soaring through the sky, and Gabriel forgot to flap his wings. Noticing a little to late, the angelic P'anavia plummeted from the sky slightly before shaking himself free of his awe and catching an air current that bore him into the sky once more. Who WAS that...?!

The winged P'an did not notice the other figure as it plummeted and then went back up into the sky. She was to busy dreaming of the day that she would finally meet someone. Her daydreaming soon had her humming a small song as she glided along the treetops. As she hummed, she began to weave back and forth in time with her song. A few moments later, she did a couple of aerial loops, laughing as she did, her humming now ended.
Seraphina continued her acrobatics, her laughing growing ever louder. She was enjoying herself to much, not giving a care in the world if anyone saw her now. Flying was more fun than worrying about who or what was around the area. As far as she was concerned nothing could bring down her spirits right now. Nothing at all.

Gabriel smiled, glad the other had not noticed his blunder, Why... she IS a pretty little thing... Such grace... such beauty... I would lot to just know her name... He swooped in closer and listened to her hum a small song and smirked, it was cute! The melody was some one infectious, and Gabriel began to create his own baritone part for it. He joined in on the song and flew on his back underneath the female, wondering what could have captured her mind in such deep thought that she did not notice the presence of another. He sang out louder, Gabriel did, and soon his little coocoon fairies added their own trilled notes, helping their master gain the attention of such a glorious female.

For some reason, Seraphina could not figure out why she was still hearing music, when she herself had stopped. During one of her loops, she glanced down and noticed someone flying below her. "Oh my!" she cried out gently as she lost her momentum, surprised at how close someone had been to her. She plummeted a small ways, before snapping out of it and caught a draft, forcing herself back up into the air. The winged P'an stared at the other, nervous but yet curious. She had gotten her wish of meeting someone, but now her tongue was tied and she couldn't get anything to come out. Who was this other that had managed to sneak up on her? She really wanted to know, but she could not find the words to ask.

Gabriel chuckled as the winged P'an stummbled slightly in the air, just as he had; but she seemed more surprised than awed at his presence, not that Gabriel minded. He flew up closer to the female and called out, "Oh, why hello there! Please do not be alarmed, I had not meant to startle you. You were doing such a lovely aerial dance I could not help but sing along!" Gabriel smiled and fluttered his wings slightly as his coocoon fairies clung to his robes and peered at the new female, chattering slightly.
Gabriel shushed the two slightly and looked back over at gold P'an, "Forgive me, for I have not introduced myself yet. My name is Gabriel... may I inquire as to who you are...?" He put on the sweetest smile he had and wove through the sky letting the wind run through his feather as he rose higher to meet the lady.

Seraphina just stared at the other a few moments, even after he introduced himself. She had never met anyone before and now her manners were being lost in the shock. "I...uh..umm, am...Seraphina," she stammered as she watched the two small fairies that clung to Gabriel's robe. She couldn't do this! There was no way she could let herself stay here after making such a fool of herself. She could feel her face burning from embarrassment as she tried to figure out a polite way to leave, and save herself from this new found feeling.
"I...I...I should, uhh, go, I...uhh...think." Her voice was so quiet by this point as she tried to calm herself down enough to speak a proper sentence. Her wings were trying to pull her backwards, but yet she went nowhere. It seemed as if she were now stuck here, with her wish of meeting someone granted.

Gabriel smiled softly and replied, "Ah, Seraphina... a jewel of a name if I do say so myself." He then blinked in surprised, the female wanted to leave! Just like that! All they had said was hello and exchanged pleasantries and now she wanted to leave...! That just wont do.... the poor thing must be shy! But how odd... Such a beautiful female... I would never have though she would be one to be shy... Gabriel pondered for a moment and replied, "Leave...?! But my dear! I just met you! Think of how my heart would pine for the ray of sunshine that is you! Please do not leave me all by my lonesome!" Gabriel hoped that if he was sweet enough the female would not leave. She seemed so sweet and innocent, and Gabriel had been wanting to be with some one for a while now...

The winged female floated there a moment, caught between wanting to leave because of her fear, or staying and not making Gabriel feel sad. Her face was as red as she waited for her mind to make up it's mind. She didn't want to make the male sad, but yet her fear of others was wanting her to just fly quickly away. Oh what to do! What could she do? "But, I uh, well how...how could your umm heart pine for uhh me? I...I..I am nothing special." Her voice was gaining the teeniest amount of confidence as each minute went by. Maybe she could handle being around another, perhaps for a little while anyways. If things got to bad for her, she could always easily fly away. Seraphina liked that idea.

Gabriel coughed and spluttered at the female's response, "N... n..n... nothing special?! This must be some sort of jest! My dear, the mere mortal words I have to offer you can not even begin to describe your beauty!" Gabriel flapped just a slight bit forward, hoping to get closer to this extraordinary female. She was beautiful, Gabriel had to admit, and she was not conceited at all! It was the most unusual combination of traits!

Seraphina's face was as red as it would ever be as she listened to Gabriel's words. She looked downward, hoping that he could not see the redness that was now prominent on her face. Oh what to do? What to do! She could not figure out what she should do now. "You...You look much better than myself." she said with a small nod, still not looking up, and not noticing him come closer to her. The winged female wished she were able to have more confidence being around others. It was all she wanted at this point.

Gabriel flipped over onto his back and floated beneath Seraphina as though floating down a river of water, "There is no need to be modest my dear, you are really quite ravishing. Please do not look away, my poor soul breaks in two when I can not see your lovely eyes..." He smiled sweetly as the redder of his two coocoon fairies, called Lillith, flew over at Seraphina and began to act cute. Lillith wanted attention and she cheeped while circling around Seraphina with a flutter of her wings. She looked up at Seraphina and cheeped again, a little buggy smile spreading on her face. Gabriel laughed and continued, "And it would seem my coocoon fairies have taken a liking to you as well! These two are my greatest judges of character... you must be something extraordinarily special if they think so..." He chuckled and continued to float under Seraphina, giving her enough room to feel comfortable, but being close enough that he could look into her eyes with ease.

Seraphina could feel herself getting redder, but she managed to glance at him in his odd postion beneath her. "I apologize for breaking your soul, I did not mean too." she apologized quietly before turning her attention to the cocoon fairy. "What are their names?" The winged p'an laughed gently as she watched the one that cheeped at her. "They are quite adorable." Her mind more focused on the fairy, and not on the fact that she was interacting with someone. She smiled as she watched the fairy, enjoying how the smaller than her thing flittered about. It was quite amusing for her to watch.

Gabriel smiled and reminded himself to thank his little coocoon fairies for helping the pretty lady relax. They always seemed to know what to do. He smiled and spoke up, "The one with the pink tinges is my little girl, Lillith, and the boy with the green and yellow tinges is Maestro. They are both so loving, I'm really quite glad they are my friends... It's very difficult to imagine life without them!" He chuckled as Maestro fluttered around and cheeped at Lillith who joined him in a fluttering aerial dance. They twirled and swooped around Gabriel and Seraphina for a little while before both of them stopped in front of Seraphina, beckoning her to join them with their little hands. Gabriel chuckled and told Seraphina, "I think they want you to dance with them!"
