Hi all, let me introduce myself, my name is Tia and I've been a 'lette since '94. I am married to a Juggalo, and we have a little Ninjette of our own. I haven't seen much action around this guild based on the posts and such, so I figured I'd start another and see if we can get more discussion going. I recently came across a news article about ICP getting sued by a man who was beaned by a Faygo bottle and suffered an alleged fracture below his eye. This guy is apparently wanting to get some attention and money in desperate times. Second of all, he is not a true fan if he didn't know about Faygo being launched. I know at the venue here in Boise where ICP always comes there is a disclaimer posted about flying Faygo, so I don't understand how he believes he's going to get anything out of this but a public beatdown... People will do anything for money.
I can understand it if the money will go to paying hospital bills or something.
But just 'in damages' doesn't specify. So... What A Douche....

the article is kind of confusing, or it's the cold meds I'm on, but to clarify, the kid wanted to wrestle, lied about his age, got the Sh*t kicked out of him, tried to sue, and failed due to his own stupidity? Apparently later died from bypass complications...haha Karma's a bit*h!!! When I told my hubby about the dude suing ICP he lost it...he was laughing soo hard I thought he might pass out, then launched into a tirade against Juffalo's and how they give real Juggalo's a bad name..douches.

If that was the case, in one concert alone I know of at least 3 people (near my area) that was nailed in the face with faygo bottles. Luckily I'm too short to get hit razz But yeah, I even saw a security guard get nailed right in the nose. None of them are doing stupid stuff. It's like that lady getting back a McDonald's for making her fat...or a guy sueing for a coffee he bought being hot and there was not caution hot lable...Morons...

Sue happy people are just making this world worse to live in. I went to a show 8 months pregnant, and obviously sat in the balcony due to my situation, but still ended up getting nailed with a Faygo bottle, no injury just major surprise. That bottle is hanging on my wall.

I remember at Hallowicked 06 I was there with this kid named John. When ICP as on all of a sudden I see Shaggy punt a 3 liter bottle of Moon Mist. I see it go higher and higher. I'm like "Oh s**t... Its gonna hit me." So in true ninja action I did the only thing I could. *Duck*
It hit John who was chillen behind me right in his eye. He fell to the floor, and covered his eye. I was like.... Damn. My bad.
