What do you think is your best book purchase?
I recently bought the complete works of William Shakespeare for 20 cents at a library book sale--along with two large paper sacks full of books for a dollar per bag.
I have officially run out of space for books in my bedroom and must now purchase another book shelf, which I'll probably have to put in front of my window.

There's one at mine in about two weeks and I plan to get there early in order to get the rest of the HP series (I only have book 3 and 6) and several other purchases.

I remember when I was 10 my library had a sale, 1 dollar for a box of books. They gave you a box, you filled it up with books. The librarians knew what a big reader I was and saved me a box as long as I was tall. (Of course, I was little), but I got about 3 dozen books....

I found the Complete Works of Mark Twain at someone's curb when I was taking a walk on trash day, once. They were all readable and they didn't smell, so I took them home (after several trips).
