The Criteria on making a rp is as follows:

1. Into: Some form of description including a place or theme, and a story line.
2. Rules: We don't want chaos... Just fun. ^.^
3. Profile: This includes a well put together skeleton.
Example-

Gaia name: (So everyone else knows who's character is whose.)
Character name: (Come on now... Do I really need to explain.)
Age: (So those who are not interested do not join.)
Bio: (Some sort of description of the characters background.)
Appearance: (I prefer all pictures be anime... >.<')

4. Appeal: Try to visually enhance it. If you don't know how. You can always ask for some help. ^.^
