The afternoon sun was high in the sky while Takatifu'moja stalked a small mouse, her father off somewhere hunting for the two of them. For the moment, she had cleared her mind of everything that had been weighing on it. Her knowledge of her origins, the interaction with the lovely goddess Posca, and, of course, her father's interest in the lioness she had yet to actually meet. Oh, sure, she'd heard about her but- Ah, there she was again, letting her mind wander away from the task at hand. If she couldn't get her mind to settle for long periods of time, she'd never learn to be a good hunter. And in her wandering, she had let her prey bugger off. The growing juvenile plopped down and scratched at her ear a bit. "I really need to find a way to concentrate," she sighed, huffing a bit.

It was a beautiful day as Calabaza walked through the Rogue Lands. She smiled as she looked up into the sky and let the suns rays warm her face.
Cala felt great. She had found an amazing guy, she thought he was amazing anyway, she wasn't too sure about how he felt about her. But either way, she was still very happy. She hadn't found someone who had made her feel this way since Chardon had left her....
Which she was not going to think about! She was happy... and thinking about that would just upset her. She snapped out of her concentration when she heard a small 'squeak' and noticed a small mouse wander onto her front paw.
"Well hello little one," she said with a smile, "What scared you? Something from over here?" she wondered, walked towards where the mouse had come from.

Tifu looked up at the sound of another and tilted her head at the lioness that just had to be Calabaza, from her father's description. "Oh, hello. You're Calabaza, right? I'm Takatifu'moja, Nafasi's daughter," she said politely, a small smile on her maw. She looked nice and happy, and a lioness she could approve of. She'd have to interact with her a bit more, find out more about her before she could make a real opinion about her. For now, she'd be polite, as the priestesses had taught her to be, until she felt it was okay to be less proper, if she felt like it.

OH! Well this was certainly a surprise, what were the odds that she would find Nafasi's daughter way out in the middle of the Rogue Lands? Not very good, but she was excited to be able to meet her. Annnnd maybe she would be able to see Nafasi again...
"Hello Takatifu'Moja, yes I am Calabaza," she replied with a big smile, "What are you doing all the way out here?"

Tifu bowed her head a bit, smiling back. "It's nice to meet you," she replied and shrugged a bit, sitting down. "My abu's out hunting, and our camp is not far from here, so I thought I'd try hunting myself. But I'm not that good, yet. I can't seem to clear my mind for long enough to focus on what I'm doing. I was stalking a mouse earlier, but I started thinking about things and it ran off," she explained, waving a paw a bit as she did so. She was trying to decide whether or not she should risk touching the female. Part of her said yes, as her visions had been becoming increasingly more insightful and yet she wasn't sure she really wanted to know. But then, she had to protect her papa... Once again, the little lioness was completely torn.
