- Labels are your friends.
Be sure to label your RP with a title, who is in it and whether or not it is an open session or a closed session. For example: [ORP] What is this crap?! (Everyone) or [PRP] I don't know! (Jim & Bob). Some might prefer to refer to the RPs as Playdates or PDs which is also fine, but no matter what you call it be sure to list everyone that is involved if it is a closed session.
Keep it clean.
This isn't a rule about keeping your language clean, we trust you all to make your own decisions on how you talk or interact with each other. This rule is about labeling the RP after you are done dealing with it. When you are done our humble request is that you change the title and mark it as finished in some manner. It doesn't matter how you do it just so long as it is done so we can pack it away in our archives and keep the guild looking clean.
Don't be an a**.
Basically? Don't be a brat. We are only human and sometimes we get a little busy or uninspired and it might take us a while to get things done and posted. If a summoning or adoption post is owed by the staff it WILL come eventually. If you think that the RP is forgotten feel free to poke at us about it but don't do so every day or every ten minutes. If you poke at us about it be sure to keep it at a poke-a-week minimum. Just generally we want you to be patient and good people. If something doesn't go your way, don't sulk and bring the issue up to staff instead of bottling it up and harboring resentment. We might not be able to 'fix' the issue or turn back time but at the very least we can come up with a proper compromise.
