redrox123 said it sounded like some sort of racing book. BUT IT'S NOT!! It's probably my favorite series. It's about 6 kids who are 2% bird, thanks to some evil scientists. The scientists keep saying Max (AKA Maximum Ride, main character and leader of the 6 bird-kids she calls the Flock) was built to save the world. Here's the flock: Max (14), Fang (14), Iggy (?), Nudge (11), Gasman ( 8 ) and Angel (6). They all have different abilities, besides being able to fly. READ THE BOOKS TO FIND OUT!!!!
