Spread the word and make interesting contests or best yet a chainstory with the characters. In a chain story you write a part and another person writes another and it involves Daria characters.

yeah well seems like theres nothing really to chat about... or no one mentions anything worth chatting about
Or maybe its the fact that it still has Under Construction next to the guild name that leads people to believe its not done yet so few come in to chat
