hmm, i would try and rule out mold with a test, idk how but i would get an expert but if its not that. then idk but something strange would be going on, there is someone i know who might know but hes pretty shady

if there on your ceiling i would go with water spots ether from a leak or condensation.
but once you get a better pic ill be able to tell you a bit more on it.
and i am so not a dabler dablers get them selves killed.
