ok so I was recently thinking about NCIS and House MD and I though about how the characters are alot alike, so here is my list:
Gibbs-----House
Tony-----Chase
Ziva----- Thirteen (omg I don't remember her name, thanks house.)
Director Shep.-----Cuddy
Mcgee---- Wilson
Abby----- Cameron
*other note, why why why why you crule world, why did you take jenny away? why? why? why? now gibbs is sad, and drinks a bit more, and I miss her, she kept him in a sortof check like what cuddy does.

tony to chase- they are pretty different, tony is a hotshot, chase, not so much
ziva to 13- i guess
jenny to cuddy- yeah i see why u say that
mcgee to wilson- mmm, maybe
abby to cameron- no way

whell abby is 13 in a way but she and cameron do have some similarities, think about it .......

I never thought about comparing them to House cause I don't watch it that much, but I did kinda compare 'em to the characters of CSI: Miami.
Gibbs to Horatio
Tony to Eric
Kate/Ziva to Calleigh
McGee to Ryan
Ducky to Alexx
Abby to Speed [if nothing else, they both liked to listen to loud music while working; other than that Abby's in a class all her own.]
