Getting ready for exams and trying to shake off the christmas lag of "i dun wanna go back to school!" ?

It's only the 4th day of 2009 (O.o) and it's already looking like it'll be a great year!

aside from all the awesome looking H!P releases i've been given permission to go to Japan!
my friend is moving out there with her husband because he's being posted there and she's said i can stay with them! OMG i'm so excited. i'm SO visiting the H!P stores!

i'm gonna be so poor when i get back. lol!

Is this a year for Japan? =O

I'm going to Japan for the second time in February~ Teramachi FTW! Karaoke and Tower Records. =3

Hopefully the timing works and I get to buy Naichau Kamo when I go. ;D

(I wanna go to a concert, too. =3 But since it's a school trip, I can't... *sad*)

[EDIT] There are H!P stores...? =D?

When I went, there were only a few H!P things here and there. Like a MM wallscroll from 2004 hanging in a small Kyoto yukata shop and a Yossie poster in a window in Akihabara. xD

Hey, people! Sorry I haven't been on for so long... emo Its because of both traveling and not wanting to check my Gaia (WHAT?!), but mostly because of not wanting to check my Gaia. xd sweatdrop Harajuku. I'll remember that. Someday when I go to Japan, someday, sometime, before I turn 30, I will search for the H!P stores. And I got a Bambi calendar! Its so cute ♥ I was going to get the 2009 BoA one, but then I remembered that they're a day ahead of us in Japan, and that would've gotten kinda confusing... plus, it was $32, and Bambi was only $16.99! heart AND... I got an ipod radio!!! Its so nice not having to plug my ipod into the Mcafee frozen computer to charge it. And I can listen to music in the shower again~! Now, you cannot tell me that that wasn't a HUGE paragraph, no matter what size it turns up on the page, right???

the calendar thing isn't true sumner! >w< i have 2 calendars in my room, the morning musume one and anoth one i can actually write on (seriously the numbers on the momusu one are teeny!!! not that i'd wanna writing on it anyway) and the dates are the same. they're only 12 hours ahead.... not a whole day. >w<

It's loking like i won't be in tokyo very long! my friend is moving to sasebo, an 8 hour train journey from tokyo!

So it looks like i'll be saving up a bit more and staying a couple nights in tokyo alone. Y_Y unless paul manages to convince his friend to change the times and the people they're staying with will let me crash for a couple nights. >w<
or i could see if she wants to come n stay in tokyo with me and we can then travel to sasebo together....... stopping off at kyoto on the way. xD

Kyoto is pretty spiffeh. There are temples everywhere, so if you like that sort of thing, you can get little charms and fortunes. =3

And Teramachi is really cool, too. There are, like, 100 karaoke places just on the main strip alone. xD

poor hammy. i know exactly how you feel. until about a month go it was all doom, and gloom on the japan front.

As well as this being the worst year for me to go to japan (becvause i have to save up for university and the such likes) it's also the best year (because i won't be able to make it ou there for another 400 years while i pay off my uni debt) and my mum and dad's view on travelling of any kind is that if you get the opportunity and if you can afford it, do it.
