Here is where we will host the Jupon Guard Meetings, and Role Play. Remember, This is SUB MILITIA, so its not completely official, All members are placed Under the title:

There is really no base ranking system, so there is no power between people, although there is Respect, Votes are casted to see who gains respect more than the other. A percentage is totaled, and power is gained that way.
For example:
A vote was Cast on October 16th 2005
Results:
--Kariou Shomei (100%)
--Other Members here (---%)
These are done at the end of every month, and is done in secret, which means you send PM's To me, so I may post the results.
