Lux Fortuna has started doing an in-depth comparison of a very large number of rings. This is very new - the only result so far is that mantis has better damage per second and damage per energy than hack, though it also has some raw stats.

I've tested that before and Honestly I was surprised
see what I think it that because hack does more damage immediately people automatically think that its better
She really didn't look into the 2 second way of thinking that most of the people really do
I was the same way I always thought hack was way better and longed for it So when I finally got it in a drop I leveled them to the same so i could find the real answer with the previous mantis 3 stamina hack 6 and mantis winded up doing more damage faster
