So, kinda was told this afternoon when I woke up that my Aunt passed away at 2 in the morning when I was at work. Could've been told in the morning, but that's not the point. Maybe it was better that I wasn't told before I slept...

Anyways, even though I wasn't very close to her, it's one of those things that's like... Damn... had memories of playing Monopoly and stuff with her. Plus, she's part of my relatively small family. sweatdrop She's already lost her husband a few years ago. Makes it worse that my grandpa and her were about in the same state and she went before him. Don't know how/when/if they'll break the news to him, but... it's not going to go over well, I'm guessing. sweatdrop

She was supposedly in high spirits and making a recovery from something else that hit her while she was in her care home... it's... well, I'm at more of a loss of words than usual. redface I'll just end it here since I can't think right now. sweatdrop

Anyways, figured I'd share it somewhere, and since the guild's been kinda quiet lately and I don't feel like resurrecting my journal... figured I'd make a thread for it. No response necessary or anything. I really don't care if this sinks into the dark abyss of the guild or if the new leader deletes the thread. I just wanted to get this out of my system before I go to work tonight. "No rest for the wicked..." I believe that's how that saying goes. Might say something else in the morning depending on how I feel. Being in a somber mood isn't really going to help me stay awake all night. Gotta do what I gotta do though.
