Alright, well, I'm Caitlin. I'm 15 and have been riding for 10 years. I started riding when I was 5 and have never stopped, it's my life, I wouldn't give up my love of horses for anything...I keep telling my mom she had better not get me a car before I get a horse. xD
I've really always had a love for Friesians, I mean, how can a horse-lover NOT love them? They're oh-so-graceful, they have a naturally stunning look and build, they're useful for a variety of different disciplines, and the light feathering on their legs and their full, flowing manes make them look like they came straight out of a fairytale. I'm actually ropelaying a Friesian stallion named Kalypso here on Gaia. xd
My favorite horse breeds are the Baroque breeds: Friesian, Andalusian, Lipizzan, and Lusitano. Those are my top 4 favorite breeds, they all take #1 becasue I can't choose, they're all so gorgeous. I've been campaining for a Friesian for a while now...not really getting anywhere, but I hope eventually I'll own my own black beauty. 3nodding

It's really annoying. The lady I was looking at Friesians from competes and wins Championship titles in Saddleseat. She also competes and wins dressage and driving competitions. She sells English, Dressage, and also Western tack. One of the horses she had for sale at one point (he's sold now...) was trained as a jumper. And thanks, I really hope I get one soon too. They truly are amazing, and they are so intelligent and loving.

Yes my mom's friesian is a wonderful free jumper soon i'm going to jump her myself, she jumps better than my horse. xd Just keep looking you will find that one, what area are you from, I know a few friesian breeding facilities that have sales.

Heeeyy Im Karly =]. And as soon as I went to school and on our first library day, I went through a horse breed book, and when I saw the "Friesian" I was in awe. and I have loved them ever since then! <3
I do not own my own horse sadly =[. But I ride every Sunday , well atleast I did until this awful snow came =[. But ride now I ride a POA Gelding named Toonie =] Anyhow.. back to the Friesians.
I love everything about Friesians! Their big, so you can never grow out of them, their gentle so little ones can be near them, and they are talented at everything they do! But most of all their GORGEOUS!! Every time I get a ride home from my riding lesson I stare out a window to see a farm with draft horses and theres one Friesian =] And whenever I see him/her I just want to get out of the car, jump on the horse and RIDE!

I'm not sure if there are any Friesian breeders near me, the one I was looking at is in Washington....but I think she pays for transporting the horse. Which is nice. But just going to see the horse would be WAY too much of a hassle for my family...><
