I've seen a lot of sites listing Skip Beat as 25 episodes, is it true? When they say 25 I'm wondering if they mean the whole series or the first season. I don't think that with the chapters so far 25 episodes will leave an anime ending.. Unless there's a second season. Any thoughts on this? I'm really wondering about the anime length. ^_^;;

Um...most series if it's a year long will be 25-26 eps long. It's usually determined (I think) if the series continue to a second season based upon the success of the first (usually). While it's true that 25 eps wouldn't be enough length to summarize the entirety of the manga, the anime might try to pull a "I'll keep on going" sort of feel like they do with other series. (Just look at Fruits Basket)
I personally am hoping Skip Beat continues on to a second season, but we'll just have to wait and see. I think at this point, no one really knows the true length of the anime.

I'm really hoping for a second season... I don't really want what happened to Fruits Basket to happen to Skip Beat. ^_^;; I was panicking when I saw 25 episodes on a website. Thanks, that sort of puts me at ease...

Well, the first season is over, (the 25th episode aired today.)
And the people are talking about making a sequel.
Thinking about it.
I'm guessing it won't be soon, though, because the anime was going at such a faster pace than the manga, and it wouldn't be long until it caught up to it.

yeah it was 25 episodes i hope that season 2 (praying or one) will have roughly them same amount
