Or are people letting their dumb a** kids use gaia because, hey, why not? It's a new year and they're pretty smart, right?
It's not likely that I'm getting any smarter, so I have to assume that everyone else is just running headfirst towards being borderline retarded. The MF is SWARMING with absolute novices (who like to offer professional advice), right now, as well as mediocre musicians who think their s**t doesn't stink. I'm supposed to be the only mediocre musician who thinks their s**t doesn't stink, goddammit!
I mean, there are SO FEW worthy musicians out there that we can't even ressurect this forum or start my own! What the ******** s**t?

I say being in a musician in the age of instant mass media is mediocre upon itself..
but at any rate the problem here is the Zomg outbreak.
I think all the worthwhile people have lost faith in gaia.
I don't go on here much myself and all of my friends who encouraged me to sign up have even said the place is like a leper colony.
Anime itself isn't what it used to be. the "Twilight/New Moon" generation is upon us.
Paprika was the last good one I saw.
and now Leonardo DiCaprio is making a live action version of Akira.
but I digress.

Just put your energies into something worthwhile.
The reason I still post on Gaia is the reason I still smoke - it kills time. And probably myself, a little bit. You have to question why you're actually looking for something valuable on a site like this. The wrong move is in caring.

This summer me and Kami tried to get them move it to BACK to the music forum. It used to be there back in the day. As soon as you start talking about it though, all kinds of people come out of the woodwork claiming to be REGS and giving reasons why it should stay there. I used to even make threads in the music forum, giving a link to the musicians forum haha. But yeah, this guild is dead im planning on posting in the musicians forum more, maybe one day reviving this place.

or you can just post in the music forum and pretend not to know about the real musician's forum.
at least that way you can post something and get a response the same day.
you have to put up with a lot of musically misled newbies and one very arrogant jazz hipster (you probably know who I'm talking about)
actually there are quite a few music snobs on there, I even find myself engaging in the snobbery from time to time.

I got my start in the music forum actually. Theres not too many people there i can tolerate. Its either the guys that only listen to s**t because its real obscure, and act snobbish. Or the noobs who only listen to your top 40 radio.
And yeah, you need to start stopping in the musicians forum more often. Im thinking, we get enough people back, we might start a petition to move the forum back to the music forum again.

Yeah we showed ole fenny back in the day. He didnt see a need for it to be moved or something like that. Probably more work for him. And we never thought to tell any other higher mods. The mods really dont mean s**t when it comes to doing things like that, we need to get a hold of people who actually run the site.

I mean he is a historical figure that you're satirizing buy they might still say that's offensive to some people.
yeah mods are kind of lazy. they're only put there to take down posts that say stuff like "******** you niggers/fagots/kikes/canadians" idk who else you would really go to though... is there possibly a feedback section somewhere on the site?

guess the hitler thing is cool as long as i dont say i hate jews or something. Or some douche reports it calling it racist. But yeah i was thinking there is probably a site feedback page somewhere around here. theres bound to be one, i mean who assigns these guys to mod, and i remember people applying to moderate awhile back. Ill ask Stop Him. But hes one thats against the whole moving to the music forum.
