Let me rant and rave. Then you can talk.
Okay. I'm working on so much lately and I'm not able to get on as much as I feel that I need to while leading a guild like this. That's why I've appointed someone as our Vice Captain, who is in the guild as much as I am, and she's proved herself as a wonderful moderator! Capricorn Sunchai! ^_^ Congrats.
Church of Cruxis has been demoted to member, as he only had 11 posts since I made him a mod quite a while back.
Now, onto the new rules. WTF is with the people in the memberlist with no posts? I understand a few of them that I know personally, but still. This is freaking annoying. I go to see who deserves a promotion and... well, hardly anyone really does. I know we're busy in real life. Don't bring that up. I just want you to know that if you've been in the guild for a while and you haven't made a single post, I'm doing to dunk you so fast that you'll be in the core of Sylverant by morning! >< I don't need useless members, dammit!!

Maybe you could send each member that doesn't have any posts a pm asking if they just forgot about us, or is this guild just to show off to friends. Then you can start cutting members and such, and we might have a few more regular posters.

Dropped_and_Forgotten Maybe you could send each member that doesn't have any posts a pm asking if they just forgot about us, or is this guild just to show off to friends. Then you can start cutting members and such, and we might have a few more regular posters. Wonderful idea, Dropped. Looks like Capricorn is allready on that. ^_^ And you don't have to love me, Capricorn. You've earned it in my opinion.

The guild should become stricter. If people do not post at least 10 posts within the first two weeks (unless they PM reasons) I think they should be kicked out.

Honestly, I really think that having a strict guild in unessessary. I know that even I have trouble getting on sometimes. School, friends, Robotics.. it's hard to balalnce time out. And others have to work as well. I'd rather have a bunch of members that get on every now and then instead of seven people who post all the time. And ten posts is a lot to ask of people, too. There's only so many threads that they can post in, after all.

Dammit. I'm rather angry again about people's suggestions. I shouldn't be, and I know it, I'm just rather irritated at life right now. Sorry. I think I'm finally beginning to realize a few truths...
ANYWAY, the way I see it is this: I founded this guild. I made it for my love for my favorite game. And that game is Tales of Symphonia. I also made it so I could have my own space of Gaia dedicated to what I love. Not only that, but I FREAKING BOUGHT IT. I QUESTED FOR IT AND I FOUNDED IT. I NAMED IT AND SET IT UP. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, LEAVE.
Excuse my bluntness, but it's rather hard to beat unruly spectators with spatulas through the internet.

I was numerously times tepted to jsut blow it all on stuff for myself, but knew what I wanted and kept the money. Let me tell you...it is so freaking hard to get a guild up and running, getting members that will actually post, and people that will post and actually contribute to it. Some good things happen, and some not so good things, but never the less there is no way a member can know how much stress working and maintaing a guild is stressed Most of my time on gaia is now just trying to make it run smoother, getting episodes of the anime available for users.So if you don't see me all too much, I'm probably in my guild domokun
