House of Night Series....
 This is a really good series written by a mother and a daughter
Kristen and P.C. Cast
Its spunky and fun and just an all around good read...
There are four current books and the series with a fifth on the way...Titles:Marked
Betrayed
Chosen
Untamed and pending...

I actually saw these books a few days ago at Borders.They looked interesting so I think I'm gonna try to get them at the library ^.^.

I think you'll love them its a really good series
You can just relate to it really well. Its kinda fun because it takes place in a world where vampires are just real as mainstream knowledge lol

oh, hey, i read that series!!! i abosolutely LOVE it! other than Vampire Academy. heart xp
i cant wait for hunted, im counting the days until it comes out!!!

HuntedHeres the Offcial Website if you Want to Check it Out...http://www.houseofnightseries.com/ I've read them, and I agree that its a great story, good plot, pretty well thought through, but the way its written is pretty poor. You don't really feel much for the characters like the way you do with Stephenie Meyer's work or Richelle Mead's.

Yeah the way it was written was different than normal but
thats what i really liked about it and i think thats what the authors sort of wanted you know? To be different than any other vampire author...

I love the series, aside from VA. I am currently reading the series, but because I am reading the series, my friend won't let me read Shadow Kiss, crying ........

I love the house of night series! i actually read them before i read vampire academy and to me they have similar writing. This series is one of my favorite! heart . but with school i just now got to read the last one and it was great.

I must say I liked marked but didn't love it sweatdrop .It was very boring and ordinary to me >.<.But I still am going to read the 2nd one from my friend.

From what my friend said it sounds like that.She also explained how the 1st is supposed to be boring to explain everything gonk .She then told me spoilers about what will happen XD.
