Green and gray, wow he matched everything! If Magnus did not know better, he would say he had been born from this place. Looking around he saw a deep jungle, one where the trees were so thick fog rolled across the ground in waves covering shrubbery and rocks. This might have been pretty, but for Magnus it was dangerous as he was not so graceful for a Lepus. In fact he was right now sitting on a rock checking his right hind foot for damage; he was pretty sure it was ok since the skin wasn’t broken. A slight movement caught his attention and his eyes snapped to look at his twitching tail; ears setting back he grabbed the appendage and gave it a hard tug. However since it was in fact attached to him, he rolled back wards off the rock and onto the moist but quiet soft ground.
Play growling he kept tugging and pulling it, not at all worried that it would fall off if he did since his tail was quiet strong. He was practicing picking things up with it all the time, not that he wanted to brag or anything but he had yet to see another Lepus use their tail like he did and even if they did not as well. Perhaps maybe because they didn’t practice as he did, but to him his tail was another limb and like his arms and legs it to needed to be used so it kept muscles. He glared at the flickering thing as he let it go and it fell to the floor; for a minute it was a stare off before he got up and tried to chase it, falling over himself to try and get the thing. “Fight tail, I will defeat you!” He smiled happily as he chased it but he didn’t notice the large rock and ran head on into it plastering his front to the thing. Ears dropping he fell backwards and rolled, grabbing his hind legs to do so.
“You won this round tail but next time I shall get you!” Magnus was use to playing by himself, he woke up alone no parents waiting for him but he didn’t mind so much since it was easy to take care of himself; just lonely sometimes.

It had been the perfect day to adventure, the gold and white lepus had thought earlier that day, setting out to thick forest near his home, now out, looking for berry's, the lepus, Elias, had determined that yes, it was, at least until he heard what sounded like a struggle. He was curious to what it was, it didn't sound very violent, but it sounded very concerning, so he hesitantly approached the area where the noise was coming from, surprised at what he saw.
[Sorry Mei, I hopped off before I finished ,my tag xD;;; It was supposed to be abit longer sweatdrop

Magnus was waving a stick around using his tail, he was searching for one for his hands to hold but as he reached for the object he heard a noise that made him worry. He was near the edge of where little Lepus and any other Daruma; should not go, he hoped it wasn’t a monster that would eat him. He stood up on his hind legs shakily, his ears lifting so he could better hear; but most importantly he raised the stick in his hand and tail. If it was a small animal he could scare it off, a big one he would throw the sticks at it and run. As the noise grew louder he saw a bright gold color emerge before a Lepus pushed through the rest of the shrubbery.
“You sure gave me a fright, sneaking up on Daruma like that!” His ears twitched before they curled again; now that he didn’t have to listen for possible danger as much. He relaxed and sat back, looking at the other Lepus wondering why he seemed to be such a light color. Its fur was oily looking with tons of pretty colors, his ears were feathery looking but what Magnus did not see was a tail. “Hi, my name is Magnus what’s your name?” he dropped both sticks, instead he curiously tugged on his tail as he waited for an answer; hopping the other was nice. You could never tell by looks, sometimes Daruma could look really nice but be super mean!
So he had been told, truthfully he had yet to meet someone mean; he had yet to meet really anyone who he did not have to talk to for one reason or another. He did have to get food somehow after all, not like it was easy for him to climb a tree to get some. "Do you want to play with me maybe?" he looked hopeful at his own question, stopping his tugging on his own tail for a minute as he stared at the other Lepus.

Elias smiled apologetically at the other Lepus, he hadn't meant to scare him, but he guessed they were even. "I was scared too." He admitted, coming closer. So the other wanted to play, and what was he looking for? "I'll play, just, are you looking for something?" He didn't want to say his tail, even though it wouldn't have been the first time, he liked the fact he only had a small stub of a tail instead of an incredibly long tail, it meant he didn't have to deal with it getting in his way.

(I didn't know if you were done or not. )
Magnus ears dropped when the other Lepus said he too had been scared. “I’m sorry, didn’t mean to scare you.” Again he tugged on his tail, nervous now that he had scared him he may not want to play but when the other agreed to play he smiled happily. He knew he had been looking for the other Lepus tail, but he just shrugged before he replied. “I was looking for more sticks but I guess two is a good number don’t you think?” Releasing his tail he stood up and stretched, his back legs making a cracking sound. “My name is Magnus, what’s your name; and what do you want to play?” One of his ears lifted turning to the side before his eyes did; you always had to listen for danger here since it was hard to see even for the Daruma with the best eye sight on the account of all the fog.
“Do you know if any big creatures were seen around here lately?” Both his ears were up now listening. He swore he had heard something; he just didn’t know what that thing was.
