I haven't used photoshop in 6 years, so I'm more than a little rusty.
About 2 years ago, I was dating this guy who was pretty good with photoshop & illustrator. I'm pretty sure he used photoshop (but I could be wrong), but I remember him taking a photo & changing the color of a person's hair without messing up the photo. He changed the tint.
How do I do that?
I'm using photoshop Elements 7
