I guess, obviously the title refers the promise Rose made to kill Dimitri, but consider this, perhaps the entire 4th book is dedicated to her hunting down Dimitri (obviously ><) but since the series is confirmed for a 5th book, I think, towards the end of book 4, they might discover a plausable way to fix Strigori.
Thoughts?

I really want them to fix Dimitri in the 4th book crying .But that does make sense though.

Okay, I thought about this a lot ( really pissed about 3rd books ending)
-What if, now that Lissa knows about Roses feelings for Demitri, Rose finds Demitri, captures him. Lissa followed her and using her powers to save him ( I have no idea if she can really do that, but whatever) But while doing that she goes completely crazed.
I have no Idea what I was thinking, wait no, I do, "Demetri Can't Die!!"
But, thats what I think might happen. I really have no idea.

That was my thoughts too that Lissa could try and use her
powers to save Dimitri! I hope she could I know that Rose wouldnt want Lissa
To risk herself though but still

Thoughts? I think that Rose will hunt down Dimitri and carry out her promise to kill him. But I also think that Lissa will turn down the b***h queen's offer to go to college and follow Rose. When Rose kills Dimitri I think Lissa will use her spirit to bring Dimitri back and then Lissa will have two Shadow Kissed people. But obviously Mead will bring up some other plot. At the end of Shadow Kiss Rose was thinking that if Dimitri was where she thought he was, then it would take her a long time to find him. Earlier in the book Dimitri was talking to Rose about how much he missed Siberia. As we all know, Siberia is a very large place, therefore if you were trying to find someone there, it would take quite a while, wouldn't it? So that's where I think Dimitri is, somewhere in Siberia and that's where Rose is headed first. I also think she might come across the Dhampir Commune place where Dimitri's mother is. But that's the bulk of my theories for the fourth book.

I agree with alex_freak8551, that way Rose and Dimitri will have to stay together, it mean it would be more protection for Lissa and no one can turn that down not even the total b***h of a queen.

The only thing I don't like about the thought of Dimitri being shadow kissed is that he might end up being more protected towards Lissa then Rose crying .

I personally feel like it might be different. I think that the title, Blood Promise, is refering to Rose's promise to be a gardian and/or her promise to be Lissa's Gardian. Rose might be having difficulty dealing with that. But I also think that Rose wont kill dimitri untill the Fifth book. Not that Liss saving Dimitri wouldn't be amazing and solve every conflict in the story line thus far, but Mead has always surprised me with her clever plots and I dont think Spirit can save Dimitri sadly crying Also on that subject, When Someone is turned into a strigoi, they lose thier soul. Without a soul I doubt Spirit would be much use. Rose will just have to deal with Dimitri as a ghost, that is unless he has no unfinished business.
What alex_freak8551 points out about Rose stumbling across the Dhampir Commune where Dimitri grew up and where his family is, is a very likely thing.
Personally I would like to see Lissa being able to contact Rose through dreams and through the bond, like how Rose is able to be in Lissa's mind.
I wonder if Eddie will be Lissa's Gardian, or one of them, untill Rose comes back.

One possible theory is Lissa using her powers to create a sort of half-Shadow Kissed person. After all, Dimitri is alive physically, but his soul/life is gone. There might be a way for her to bring the life that he lost in the change back, at least enough for him to keep his wits about him and not attack any Moroi in sight.
Second, there HAS to be something to do with the spirits Rose is seeing. It's possible that Dimitri's soul is now roaming, and there can be a sort of re-insertion of his soul? But that would also involve Lissa, which would mean her developing her powers more, like Nunagie said.
