((Hmm. I thought I'd start a little journal for my kitsu. Its a little late in coming, though. Ooops!)) Usaku dusts her self off and motions toward Apollo. "Everyone, this is Apollo! He's my first breedable pet, given to me by Nokomis Midnight from a breeding."
Apollo happily barks a couple times. [Hello! Nice to meet you!]
Usaku motions to her left. "And this is Fuega, my fire dragon." Fuega looks at everyone, "..."
XD She is rather shy, and reclusive. She's not really unfriendly, just kind of a loner.

Personality: Apollo is a gentleman kitsusagi. He's generally calm and even tempered. He loves music and art. He can't do the music thing very well, but he loves listening to it all the same. He tends to prefer music that is softer in feeling, and particularly emotional. He's not a fan of most of contemporary pop.. it grates on his mello demeanor. Classical and opera are his favorites, but he also enjoys good modern music that moves the soul such as Sarah Brightman, Delerium and other ambient, emotional music. He loves choral voices used in tandem with music as well, particular like Danny Elfman.
I've been incouraging his interest in art. You may see some of it here when he feels comfortable sharing. whee
Apollo also loves to play with his "little brother," Mojave (pronounced mo-ha-vee) the Cait. He's very protective of Mojave and the littlest brother, the unhatched puri egg.
Apollo is still just a kit, but he tries his best to act older than he really is. Imagine my surprise with such a sophisticated kit! If he could speak English, he'd probably have a British accent. xd

Personality: Fuega is rather shy and reclusive. She only bares her soft side when alone with me or her brothers and sisters. She's very protective, often appearing out of nowhere when she feels her family is threatened. She spends most of her time sleeping as her fire magic seems to zap her of energy.

My puri hatched yesterday. Due to his coloration and my initial impression of him, I decided to name him Macbeth. I discovered that he has a love for reading that is insatiable!! Apollo has been riled with joy! As you know, Apollo loves the arts, and having a little brother that loves to read makes him extatic. So far Apollo hasn't kept his eyes off Macbeth, except when in the safety of the puri thread.

Today Mojave grew! He's really developed some spunk and energy! He has a blast romping aaround in the fields playing hide and seek with Apollo and Macbeth.. Apollo loves to rough-house with him, not that he's a lot more durable then the small cait kit he was. ^^ Macbeth tends not to partake in the roughhousing though. xp
