I live in the ottawa area and I find good books & tools and needs of a wiccan practising witch craft are hard to find. does ANYONE know of any good stores or places to get things and information? please, any information would be greatly appreciated.

When in doubt, there's always delivery right to your door. There are plenty of independently run stores out there that sell books and supplies across the country that will ship to you as well as big sellers like amazon or ebay.

um Library (for books)
you could always make tools and things your self (internet sites)
also online stores

Ok. Here's my list of places...

Items - Candels, Vials (yes you can buy glass bottles there with corks, i've got tons =3 love Joann's) wiring. Pens, inks, feathers, what ever you could possibly want.

Books- Amazon =3

Yeah there's quite a bit o' fluff. But theirs also quite a bit o' the decent stuff in there too. Their even give you a free "New Worlds" Catalog. Full of pagany goodness, lol sweatdrop xd

Google Azure Green. They have both a website and a print catalog and they have an excellent selection and reasonable prices. The Pyramid Collection has both a website and a glossy catalog, and they do have some nice things, but they have less things and higher prices.

For books only, there is a half price books store online that has a lot of great deals on Pagan-oriented books.

I don't know what the culture is like in Ottawa. If you have a Latino/Hispanic segment of your population, look there and see if there is a groceretira. They tend to have a lot of candles and herbs.
