A popular tourist attraction which has been checked multiple times by TAPS. This Sanatorium doesn't have very much security and is a popular place for teenagers to be dared into spending a night. It's a popular meeting place for those ghosts that can roam.

Nights walked around, playing with one of her daggers. She was bored out of her rightful mind.

How I wish we lived in a time when laws were not necessary... Jin-Liao was pacing down the hall ways of the asylum, muttering to himself gently in his tongue before turning and phasing through a wall before walking about the room. Once again he was dazed in his own past, the deaths. "大量的死亡，他殺死，餓死，天使島，恐怖，愛爾蘭，德國 ...."* He murmured gently to himself before phasing out again and walking down a new hall. He stared at the numbers. "Nine, nine, nine 九." he murmured. The ghost looked down the hall like an alert dog before walking towards that direction, hearing noises. *Lots of deaths, he killed, starved, Angel Island, horrible, the Irish, Germans.......were not necessary to safeguard us from discrimination.

How I wish we lived in a time when laws were not necessary... The ghost paused, hearing a yell before moving quickly through walls, head popping out of the one the girl had crashed into. Oh, just another living being. "為什麼人類的瘋狂想法得到走進放棄地方嗎？"* He sighed. "不如找她的男朋友，女孩的就不會來這裡孤獨。"* *Why do human's get the crazy notion to walk into abandoned places?
*Might as well find her boyfriend, girl's wouldn't come here alone....were not necessary to safeguard us from discrimination.

Cascarones How I wish we lived in a time when laws were not necessary... Jin-Liao paused when her foot crashed a hole into the wall, and watched as she picked up a bag. She had been here before? The ghost stood in front of her, making sure his body went through things before sitting down and hovering in the air, staring at her. he remembered anyone who came into the asylum, yet he couldn't remember her. Where was she from? ...were not necessary to safeguard us from discrimination.

] How I wish we lived in a time when laws were not necessary... He blinked, nearly white blue eyes widening. Could she see him? "您好。" he said cautiously, resting his feet back on the ground. "你能看見我嗎？" He stared at her curiously, resisting the urge to see if he could touch her. ((and now, for the sake of the roleplay she cna no longer understand him, so no more subtitles.)) ...were not necessary to safeguard us from discrimination.

How I wish we lived in a time when laws were not necessary... Jin-Liao gave a sigh. "哦。" He gave a soft chuckle. She couldn't see him. But, maybe somehow... He was tired of being lonesome here, he was chained to this place and he needed to chain himself to something else. His mind reeled, trying to remember before walking close to her. How was the phrase in English again? "You speak English?" he asked cautiously, trying not to touch her. She couldn't see him but that didn't mean she might not hear the lonely ghost. ...were not necessary to safeguard us from discrimination.

This female was confusing the poor Chinese ghost. he crossed his legs in the air, thinking for a few more moments as he translated her phrase. "I speak little English." he said with a nod. His fingers moved as he translated and spelled out words in the air. "Why are...you here?" He asked again, thinking his sentence over before giving a nod. ...were not necessary to safeguard us from discrimination.
