Yay!! The skyline marching band is going outta state tonight at 2 am to leave for San Antonio to compete against other bands for the pre-game show for The Alamo Bowl. YAY 16 HOUR BUSRIDE!!!!! This is a first for our school so yeah. It's a big deal for me.
My question is, has anyone else gone out of state like this for a marching competition.

Last year, season of 2007. We went to Sioux Falls marching festival. We left right after our hometown halftime show and drove there and we had to sleep on the bus. Most didn't sleep on the bus and two hours after we arrived in Sioux Falls we had a mile long parade competition! WOOH! lol
