I think we're all pretty much agreed that dead guild is dead. I've an idea to propose.
As a bit of a back-seat mod in ATG (the guild I frequent most..), I've noticed that things of this sort seem to work, as we're still extremely active. I propose sending out PM's to members that we are not sure are active or not, and asking them if they'd like to still be part of the guild, and then just banning the old members, stating reason that they weren't active. Old threads can get cleaned up and put into the subforum that exists for them, and if they see activity brought back to the main forum. Just things of this sort to try and make this place active again.
Just some thoughts from a resident lurker.

That's not a bad idea. It would probably do this place some good. well, in any case, it certainly couldn't do much harm to try it.

Yeah... I came back to the guild and I was like, "WTF?!" Guess it's dead. I'll try it, starting with the old threads being put where they belong. Banning members isn't something I want to get into right away, especially not without Rebi's consent.
