This is an RP that takes place in september. The leaves are just starting to fall and Yoko is preparing to enter a capsule that will basically re-program her star-seed. Yoko's starseed is highly un-stable and has caused her past-lives much pain. If it isn't stopped by her 16th birthday the world ends. The process of re-programming takes about a year for full effect. Her body still ages and when she emerges she will be 17. Her fiance, Takeshi Nakamura, found out only 3 months ago that this was to happen. The RP is following Takeshi during his daily life (he's a few months older than Yoko) while she is gone. He will visit her almost daily and he can look into her mind to see her dreams. (this is only my second time writing an RP so please go easy and feel free to join anytime)

Walking to the facility, Earth feels confident that Yoko will be okay this time. After all, the capsule is held in a secret base in an alternate universe. Certain that the facility guards, made up of Sailor Senshi, will overlap their watch periods, and that the scientists that have helped her in the past will aid Yoko, Earth takes a deep breath, as she is about to wish Yoko well on her sleep.

Takeshi puts a quiet hand on Earth's shoulder. "She'll be ok. I know she will. She's been talking about the success rates and wondering how much she will grow in a year. She already went to the school and took the final exams for the year. She managed to pass because during the summer she took all the remaining courses. She placed for the High-School she wanted to get into so she has nothing to worry about. Our cover currently is that she is spending a year abroad." He gives a slight smile and sighs. He releases her shoulder and walks in. "Oh Take-kun! Earth-chan! I hoped you guys would come!" "You know i will always come to your side. besides I can't lose you for a year and not see you off." "Oh. Well it's nice to see you guys! Earth-chan you look upset. everything ok?" she cocks her head to the side.  (here is how i think she would look right before)

Earth cracked a smile. wink "Don't mind me Yoko-chan. I always get a little sad whenever a friend goes off on a trip." She chuckles. "But I feel confident in you. This place has saved my life I don't know HOW many times, so I know you are in great hands. blaugh A little tip for you, in one year when you wake up again, you'll feel a little dizzy, and your body will ache like you ran a mile, but it wears off in a few hours. Then things will be normal as they should. Don't worry about it!" She says giving her friend a hug.
She shakes hands with the scientists, thanking them for the last 4 or 5 times they saved Earth.

Yoko hugs Earth back. "Thank you two for always being there for me. I don't think i would be able to do this if it weren't for you two. Arigato! bye Earth!" she prepares to enter and then runs to Takeshi, kissing him flat on and hugging him. He kisses her back and lets her go,"Yoko I plan on coming to see you often ok?" "No. Don't come back." "but Yoko.." "no buts, I want you to keep living, without me, but please live on for me. Goodbye, Takeshi." she steps in and immediatly falls into a deep rest. Takeshi watches her float there. He falls to his knees.

Earth kneels with Takeshi. "Don't cry Takeshi-sama. It's only for a year. Just think of it as... a short vacation. In the pod, she'll be fed, cleaned, properly taken care of. She'll come out healthy and strong, just like before!"
One of the scientists hands Earth a small watch. She places it on Takeshi's wrist.
"Here! wink This watch is waterproof, and has a small chip in it. This watch will keep you connected to her whenever you want. And if it ever breaks, just come back! These guys always make copies."
A tiny hologram of Yoko emerges on his wrist for just a moment.

"I....Can't live without her. I know the pod will keep her safe and sound but how can I leave her here. Yes i will have a small holo-gram of her smileing face but that won't keep me satisfied. But if it will keep her thoughts with me i will know if i need to comfort her. Say Earth-san is there any way for me to enter Her mind though the watch? You know so that we can talk?" He asks rising to his knees. He put a hand on her shoulder. "Thanks again. For everything."

Earth thinks for a moment. "If you know telepathy, that would work. Just be careful with it. If you bother her too much, her brain will be damaged, and yours will fry. I can teach you if you want."
Seeing Yoko all peaceful, Earth remembers something.
"When I was in stasis, there was a way my man pet could touch my face, but only for a small bit of time here and there. Once a night, the scientists will allow you a special glove. With it, you may enter the pod with her. But the effect only lasts for an hour, after that, the pod pushes you out. This way, she remains safe, but you don't have to do without her totally."

"I learned a little telepathy a few weeks ago at the academy but i don't think it would fry her if our bond was really strong. One of the teachers did tell us that if the person we were communicating to had a strong bond with us it wouldn't hurt them at all. I will be satisfied as long as i can visit her mind. that's really all i need. to be with her." he looks at his watch. "Crap it's already that late! I told Yoko i would look after her apartment and her cat. Gotta go! See you later, Earth-san!" and with that he was out of sight, through the portal he had created.

Earth looked back at Yoko, seeing her sleep peacefully. She thanked the scientists, then decided to head out. It was feeding time, and her pets needed her.
Some time passed there after. September drew to a close, and October was just on the horizon. The world was still standing, and Yoko was still sleeping in the pod.
The pod had been adjusted, allowing her to age as if she were outside, but the stasus field made it impossible for anything to happen to her Starseed. Still, it had only been a month. To be safe, Yoko would have to stay inside the pod for another 11 months.
Outside the lab, the last green leaf had fallen. It was now October. Earth leaves a fruit basket by Takeshi's door, to remind him that the fruits of this labor would be plentiful.

just inside Takeshi's house......"YAY! more fruit. but it has been a month. Maybe just one tiny visit." Ever since Yoko had entered the pod it hurt a little to actually say her name but thinking of her didn't. Takeshi guessed he was heart sick. he threw open a portal and walked up to the lab's doors. He snuck up behind Earth and thought it would be funny to cover her eyes and mouth. letting a mischeivious smile pass his lips he carried out his plan...

Earth swings her leg back, knocking Takeshi's right leg loose. She elbows him, then flips him.
Suddenly, Earth gasps. "ACK!! eek GOMEN NASAI TAKESHI-SAN!! I thought you were a youma. Daijobou-do??"

Takeshi just looks up at her with utter shock written across his face. "Y..yeah now i know never to try to sneak up on you..." he sits up and checks his ribs. Wow you could nearly fracture someone's ribs." he stood up and led her into the lab. "We are here to visit a pod patient. may we go in?" the doctor leads them to the only pod patient. He runs to the glass and puts his hand to it. she stirs slightly. her hand reaches to touch the glass.

eek Earth looks at the glass. "Usually, they don't stir... do they?" But the doctor assured her that once or twice a month, a patient in stasis will move slightly, like when a toddler hugs a teddy bear during his R.E.M. cycle.

Takeshi pushed his surroundings away from his thoughts and focused on Yoko's mind. he reached out and saw a a young girl with long blue hair and yellow ribbons sitting in a rainy garden area. he saw an man walk up to her.   "What are you doing here! you should be back at Hatori's! I never told you you could come here! this is MY private garden!" "b....but otou-san left me at home, and..." all Takeshi saw was a hand raise and he darted he slashed the man and the image was gone. Yoko's normal body appeared. he ran before she saw him. he saw an image of him appear (the background is now nothing but pure white.) "Ta..ke..shi!" "I'm sorry but I'm leaving you Yoko." "No! don't leave!" he ran and destroyed the image. he pulled her into his arms. "I'll never leave you. i promise."
