This is for the news of the 2005 NASCAR season, in the Nextel Cup, Busch Series, and Craftsman Truck Series.

First tidbit of news:

The Dodge Intrepid has been replaced. It's successor?

-drum roll please-

The Charger!!

Yep, the Charger is returning to the Nextel Cup series! It's great to have such a classic name back!

The production model looks a lot better though.

It looks like it was the victim of a huge hail storm that just hit the front end of it. eek

The NASCAR version looks FUGLY, but that's because they flared out the front end so much for downforce.

It dose look like I got my work cut out in the Die-cast collectable department. But then again, I say that to myself every year when the new season starts.

but that car is not the one they are useing for nascar the charger they are using has been remodeled to fit aerodinamics.

Umm I actually quite like how the charger looks.. it's different but it looks good.

I don't like the chargers.. I mean on or off the track... off the track just isn't pretty at all...the concept charger was sooooo much better... I saw it at Indy a few years a go...and the chargers just can't seem to compete as well in the field...the dodges are just getting wooped on.
