The High GatesThe The High Gates are the twin tall gates of Rabanastre. This is where everyone must enter or exit the city. The gates are quite high, hence the name, and is impossible to climb. Flying over it works, but the guards of Rabanastre may stop you. They have one of the best security system in the continent.

The girl, Envy, Shiro, and Aarde. Envy turned towards the girl and spoke. " It would be nice to know your name, at least just your first. " Envy said, as he didn't really care what the girl's last name was. The boy waited for an answer, but the group continued to walk past the opened gates, quite slowly. They were heading towards wherever Shiro was heading.

Shiro nodded, snapping his fingers. The wind blew them towards the Southern Shore. "Hm.." Jumping up, he was blown a few yards before he stopped the wind, landing neatly on the ground.

Aarde now returned to his normal silent self. With his arms crossed he waited for the unnecessary introductions. While waiting he adjusted his scythe that was strapped to his back to make it a bit more comfortable for traveling

Joy looked over at Envy and smiled a bit at his question, everyone was always curious aobut her name. Once they reached the front she put her hood up quickly without any hesitation. Usually there were guards near most of the entrances of the cities and that wasn't safe for her. They would easily recognize who she was and take her home to be safe from any harm. The harm was inside that isolated place. Though she hated people knowing who she was, she just merely wanted to be normal. Getting closer to Enby so no one could see her, she didn't answer his question just yet. Perhaps a fake name was in order at the moment, he didn't need a name anyway! However what name would she use?
"Anything you want"
Joy Ann replied as she didn't mind as long as they didn't pull her hoody down because she looked suspicious, she just hoped to God. Following them didn't make her stick out anyway, right?

nvy tilted his head. " Ain't that a weird name. Alright Anything You Want. Everyone ready? Mmmkay. " Envy said, not waiting for an answer. They all left now, heading towards the border line, getting past the gates as quickly as possible.

Shin walked by the gates as he was about to go too near by stores. His snow white Fox, "Shinie" said the Fox. His Fox was able to talk to him and only him. Shin turn his head and saw Envy with a bunch of people, "Where is my Little Brother going?" he thought as he went to follow his brother and his friends. He exit out the gate about a minute after Envy.

He smiled as he smelled the fresh air of the town again and the normal warmth it gave off. He got off the white tiger and it turned back into it's original shape, the halo.
" Well, we're here now. Rabanastre. "
Envy said, naming the city's name. Envy loved this city, it was his home. Aside from the Capitol, he felt more comfortable here. The Capitol was indeed nice, but it wasn't as great as Rabanastre was! The Royal Capitol was big and great and it was very lovely, but it was too big for Envy. One could even get lost in that city!
" Hey J-- Umm .. Jean, I want to go see the Royal Capitol again. You want to come with me? You don't have to go back to .. You know. That place. "
Envy changed Joy's name to Jean. There were guards around, having the name Joy would attract their attention, even if it was a different woman. And he emphasized the word that so that Joy would have an idea of what he was talking about: The castle. Envy wanted to go see the Royal Capitol. The journey was usually long, but he didn't care. Sight seeing was amazing, and seeing the beach of the capitol was also an amazing sight!
" What do you say huh? I'd have to go to my house first and change clothes and all. Probably pack some clothes too if I'm going to be staying there. And I'd have to leave a note for my brother! Don't want to make him worried now. "

The girl looked at Envy an nodded, she didn't mind going to the capital as long as no one would be able to know who she was. Joy was indeed bright, she knew that he called her Jean only because of the guards. The girl looked at the tiger turn back into the halo thing that was above Envy's head. Looking at the guards, she still had her hoody up and stuck near Envy so no one could see her hair. Smiling a bit she wondered where the home was at, if they lived in a mansion like she heard earlier then they did have money and a bit of power. Why would he have a hard time getting into the military then? Probably his age, she didn't mind the long jouney but one thing did come up in her mind. Her clothes were still dripping from jumping into the water at the beach, she needed some new clothing.
"Can I borrow clothes?"
Joy Ann asked Envy, she was shorter then him by about six inches but she was bound to fit into anyone's clothing or at least try to make it fit. Smiling, she wondered if he knew what the Capitol was like, it was probably very elegent. Joy Ann had seen it once or twice but she never had time to walk around and take her luxurious time either. Joy Ann felt bad that she was making Envy take care of her, perhaps he felt that it was his duty as a civilian to at least try to help her. Rather sad, that many people treated her differently when they find out her title. Licking her lips a little bit, she could still taste the salty water on herself and it wasn't the best tasting water but still very different.

They did have a maid, but she did not live there. They also had their own personal gardener, but he did not live there either. Only the two brothers lived in the mansion, it was quite a lonely place. Nobody had ever been invited in the mansion, well they never did invite anyone in the mansion. Joy would be the first girl and the first person to be in there. Envy then heard her speak then looked at her. She was quite, well .. Wet. Envy bit his lower lip and then looked away from her for a moment.
" Sure. They might be a bit .. Loose or baggy on yah, but it might look, well .. Sexy? "
Envy asked, and then laughed at himself. Envy could feel a warm tingling feeling at the bottom of his ears. The ear lobe. Was he blushing a bit? He sure was! His cheeks were somewhat crimson and he was trying to hide it from Joy by putting his hood back on. His hair sticked out though, the usual way he put his hood on.
" Well, let's head to the mansion, yeah? "
Envy asked her as they both started walking away from the gates where it could be safe to say Joy's name. They continued walking towards the mansion now.

Smiling a bit, she didn't mind as long as she had something nice and warm to wear, she liked the clothes his was wearing so he was bound to have really good clothing to wear. It was weird but this was one of the first time she'd be in the house of a commoner, she didn't go to places like that because it was something she needed to do according to the head two. The king and queen, her brother was not into an arrange marriage because of the fact that he was a man and the next heir so he could marry anyone he wanted. Sadly the same thing didn't go for the little princess, she had to be arranged with someone that her brother and mother found suitable.
"Sexy it is"
Joy Ann commented as she smiled and giggled softly, she didn't mind the fact that she would be dressing like a man, it was actually better that way. Perhaps she should cut her hair just so she didn't stick out too much, her hair and eye color was something different. Which was a bad thing for her and a good thing for her brother since they could spot her anywhere. The direction that they were headed in wasn't something that was familiar to her, she would be going to a new place now. Isn't that exciting? Going somewhere that only meant new experiences to her, she needed to cherish these memories while she could. Once she was seventeen all of thise had to stop completely, she wouldn't get away with things much longer. Two young guards came running by the two and whispered to each other but Joy was able to hear them.
"Princess Joy Ann was missing from the castle for a while, it's possible that she escaped or was kidnapped"
"Again? This is the third time this year, the King must be infuriated with her"
The men conversed as they went to spread the news to the others so they could be aware of what their priority was now. It wasn't surprising that they came here by now, they wanted to always get her quickly to refrain any damages. Sighing with a little bit of aggrivation she grabbed onto Envy's arm so she wouldn't get seperated from him on the small journey to the mansion. They just needed to hurry a little more.

Guards didn't seem to notice the lost princess, who was actually walking right beside him. She even has her arm wrapped around his own! What a sight. Envy smiled to this, but he kept it to himself. He didn't want to cause awkwardness between them. Meeting a girl in the sewers, making new friends, traveling to the Souther Shores, finding out the Miss Anything You Want was the Princess Joy Ann Mifune, going back to Rabanastre, back home, and now traveling to the Royal Capitol. How weird and how great can this day get?
" Mmhmm. Well, let's go now. "
Envy said, as he squeezed her arm tighter. Though, not too tight. Just, well. Tighter! Envy and Joy walked past the gates as soon as it opened for them. That was pretty easy. They didn't even suspect a thing. Envy looked at the guards behind them as they continued walking past the large high gates of Rabanastre, then back towards the open field of the outside world.
I wonder how the Capitol has been since I was there. It's been months since I've been back in the Royal City of Atlantis. We could probably stay at the near inn or hotel in the city, which place was that again? Ah, I forgot. But, the clerk at that visitor resting place did have a crush on me. Maybe she'll give us a discount for me!
Envy was talking to himself, though that was in his thoughts. It's not like Joy had mind-reading powers anyway. Envy looked towards Joy as they traveled through the plains, far off, miles and miles away. The Royal City could be seen, it won't be until hours that they arrive in the Capitol. He only wishes that Joy could ride or even get close to the halo above his head. If she could, the journey would only be minutes!

Walking with Envy, she would always hold her breath when some guards walked by the two, she tried to hide her face slightly and closed her eyes. It wasn't like they had literally seen her before but they had an idea of what she looked like and probably saw a picture or something. They stopped anyone that would be similar to her in appearance, she didn't want to get stopped. Sighing with relief once the guards passed, she looked from Envy down to the ground. Joy Ann kept a good grip on him, she didn't want to be pulled away from him by some stranger. Joy Ann always heard stories like this from the servants, young girls being kidnapped and they were never returned. They always warned her but they thought it was funny since she'd never have to worry about something like that, now she was terrified. Then again she was with Envy, he seemed rather strong...well his body looked rather strong anyhow. Looking at his face she asked a random question that she thought was rather odd in her eyes.
"Why the tattoos on your face?"
Asked the curious Princess as she touched the lind that led from his left cheek to his nose. Why the number sixty-nine on his face? It was something that you didn't see everyday on someone's face. Joy always wanted something like that but not on her face but her mother said that it wasn't proper or royalty like to have something that 'disgusting' on her body. Smiling, she awaited an answer as they continued to walk towards the Royal City. The Royal City always looked the same to her, but then again she only saw it from the balcony of her bedroom. Sure Joy shouldn't touch his face since she hadn't exactly washed her hands after going to the beach and that could cause zits to appear on his face but she hoped that he didn't mind. Perhaps she should be a bit more careful with these kind of things, she still seemed to smile happily.
