Elizabeth seized hold of the other girl's arm and dragged her off to the side a way. "I'm your Secret Santa," she said brightly, offering the brightly wrapped package. Inside was contained a heavy coin-decorated belt (the sort one might be able to wear as a necklace later in life) and a little owl charm in jade. "Open it," she urged, as excited about giving it as she hoped Bishop would be by receiving it.

Bishop smiled at Elizabeth as she looked at the present. If what was inside was half as nice as the wrapping paper she'd be thrilled. nonetheless she was less then careful as she tore away the paper to open the present and reveal the gift inside. She stared silently in awe for a moment then squealed and carefully wrapped her arms aroudn the other girl. " Oh wow geeze thanks so much. I mean I love them and I just love coins and the owl, how'd you make it green?"
The amber eyed girl babbled happily unable to be more thrilled with her present. These were going to be some of her greatest treasures she just knew it.

She winced and watched what had taken hours of work get torn to little teeny shreds within seconds. Well, not everyone was wrapping-paper retarded like her, she supposed, so a remarkably good job like the one she had done on Bishop's present did not always have to go and be well-appreciated. Elizabeth sighed and watched for a second, then froze up when Bishop hugged her. It wasn't that she didn't like hugs! It was that it was a surprise hug, and she didn't like surprises. Not at all.
"Welcome," she said, "It just came that way. Eight helped me pick it out. 'cause you like owls, right?" Elizabeth gingerly hugged the other girl back.

Bishop slowly released Elizabeth and smiled " Yes I love owls but I don;t have any owl stuff yet. I dunno why" Honestly she'd never thought about collecting things that reminded her of Owls until right now and this would be a great start to a collection. " I'm really glad you were my secret santa"

Bishop ran her fingers gently over her gifts again and and let her gaze wander back to the party." Ok I'll have mom look on the internet for me, do you wanna go back so you can get your own present now?" Not to mention that Bishop wanted to show off hers. It was just so cool, she bet her mom would love it too when she came to pick her up later.
