Okay i never keep up with my excerise plan...lol but i was wondering if just shaking your legs for 2-3 hours would burn some calories off your legs..?? It seems alot easier and i can do it while i'm on the computer or watching t.v...And as for the jumping would it work if i jumped on a mini diet trampoline for 30 minutes??

Any movement is good movement. Literally.

Just fidgeting is good too. Twiddling your thumbs while you have to wait somewhere, tapping a pen or your foot. Dancing to music on the tv, etc.

1. Any movement is better than no movement.
2. If a movement hurts your head or joints, switch to another kind of movement.
3. If it just hurts your lungs, heart, or muscles, do the same movement, but slightly less enthusiastically, or for slightly less time. Start with five minutes, if that's what you can do easily, and build up by one minute each week until it doesn't hurt anymore.
4. Consult your doctor, and take her/his word over what a lot of internet strangers say. That's because, unlike most of us Gaians, your doctor actually has a medical degree AND has had the opportunity to examine your body, and can actually help you make medically sound decisions.

I sware to god, if I'm to tierd to work out or if I just feel fat [usualy in public or class] I just start to vibrate in place. And I mean vibrate like a backmassager. I don;'t know if it actually dose anything but it sure as hell makes me feel better! xD
