((This large sakura (cherry blossom) tree was where Briar had first turned human for Rose. Now that he's gone, this is one of the only areas Rose feels really happy at. It has no bad memories. Just memories of Briar sitting with his legs extended in front of him and Rose giggling as she laid her head on his shoulder. The tree is on the far left side of the courtyard, isolated from the other trees.))
*Rose sits down under the tree, contemplating what she plans to do now.

She found the tree. that's what she had wanted to do, but what can she do now.* The leaves and flowers are gone. Is it because of winter, or does it miss Briar as well as I? *That one question gave Rose a brilliant idea. She began to weave a spell, one that will let her know whether Briar has come or died. Using Briar's letter which sha always has on her person, she created a spell. If Briar should come, the tree would immediatly gain its leave and bloom beautiful and large cherry blossom flowers. If he never comes, the tree shall remain leafless and without color. It will look as if it is caught in eternal winter. If Briar were to die, the tree would die with him, followed, by choice, Rose herself. After she finished the spell, she sagged against the tree out of exhaustion.* It is done and now Briar, I can know your fate. *Rose fell asleep with that. The letter still in her hand, it flies off and away from Rose.*
