Hey, does anyone else here practice in Hung Gar?
If so, how long have you been doing it and what is your favourite form?
I have only been training in Hung Kuen since April `08 and my favourite form is Sei Mun Dou (Four Door Sword form) [in cantonese]

Hong Jia Quan, it is a pretty popular form of Southern Chinese External Fist Art if I am not mistaken.
Anyway, sounds cool. Do you guys get the chance to use the Butterfly daggers used in Wing Chun ?
