I wasn't sure where I should post this or if I should post it at all (since you might already know...), but I was browsing Amazon late last night because I couldn't sleep and I randomly looked up some classic Doctor Who DVDs (the New Beginnings set to be exact) and discovered it to be nearly half the normal price! It normally costs almost $50 but it was down to $26 something. For (I think) 12 episodes of classic Who which contain the end of Tom Baker and the beginning of Peter Davison that is an amazing price if you ask me! eek Especially when compared to other DVDs that contain less episodes and cost more.

I checked on other DVDs and some aren't that far down, but the new series full season DVDs are down to I think $54 or something like that from their normal $99. Now, I know Amazon almost always has things on "sale" but the last time I check the new series full seasons they were up around $75 or so, so yeah... I don't know how long it'll last and believe me I wish SO MUCH that I had discovered it BEFORE it was three days till Christmas... crying But that's life. And I didn't think to check. Ah well, maybe I can talk someone into buying one now for my birthday in July... ninja

(PS: If it's been this way for a long time and I'm just being silly... I apologize. sweatdrop )
