Witches;
A secretive society of witches, women with magical abilities from demonic or angelic forces. The witches' Council controls almost every ascept of a citizen's life. You're born and tested, marked accordingly and you can only train in that certain area of magic that you have been born into. Even marry and surround yourself with only those that have the same marks. The witches also enslave the nearby tribes. They do not possess any supernatural abilities, but are able to create a certain metal that can prove fatal to a witch. They live simply, or at least try, as there are frequent raids for fresh slaves that they take and turn into servants or anything they need for potions or spells. Men are kept separate from the Witches. Children do not see their fathers, women do not see their husbands. Pretty much, they don't exist. - Okay, that explaination fails. But it's... based off of a dream I had. x3 Hah.
Angels/Demons;
Angels are people with wings (don't think I need to explain angels much), what makes them immortal is their Grace. They loose it or remove it, they fall to Earth, becoming mortal. But that is a very serious crime. And also a very dangerous thing to do. Demons live below. Constantly feeding off the suffering and misery of humanity, jealous of the Angels and their flight. Getting their hands on a fallen angel would just be about the best thing ever...
Snowed In;
Colorado Springs, snows like crazy, so much so that people are stuck on roads. Having to stop, and take refuge in a stranger's house. If they refuse, they die. So, people don't normally say no. That's mean! Big house, lots of people? Oh em gee~ - I'm not so sure about this one. I don't usually do 'family' type of role plays, but this sounded interesting after my math teacher told a story about living there and something like this happened to her.

So, most people want to be in a reality show right? Right. What if you could live in a house, five girls and five guys? All different or alike in personality. Here you are, welcome to Rosaline Manor. This 1800’s style mansion is your home for the next six months, how you live, where you sleep, and how you survive this hell-hole of early adult life is up to you.
But here's the catch, what if you werent human. What is some of your roommates didn't come out until the sun left, others went missing at random times of the month, and some stayed in there rooms where odd lights and smells seeped from their doors?

With actual animals, not this weird slave/master stuff. Good, fluffy, light-hearted, and clean (or dirty --- no, not that kind of dirty) fun.
I made one way back, and it was a hit, but then the RPers of that forum didn't mind playing disfigured domesticated animals. They were a brave sort. And I added a magical spring which enhanced their intelligence and gave them the ability to talk, an evil corporation bent on getting their hands on that spring, and a plan to transform the animals into humans under a curse (but the roleplay didn't get that far). It was wild.
{ half - MAGIC }
Basically magic exists, but there's certain rules for it, most important one being the more magical you are, the more invisible you become to human eyes. The government has experimented with this and genetically altered a number of children to resemble mythical beings. As in, somehow they got a hold of a mermaid, dragon, phoenix, etc., and integrated their DNA into the test subjects. Or maybe they themselves used magic to perform the change. I DON'T KNOW. It's a mystery. But in the end, you have genetically modified beings that are human enough to remain detectable but still carry traits that resemble their mythical predecessors.
It could go any number of ways, I'm thinking. The kids could grow up to become super dangerous tools of the government and eliminate other projects that have gone wild. Or they could be going feral themselves, one by one, and try to embark on a journey to find the cure to stay sane/human.
Or the roleplay could center around them as kids or teenagers trying to grow up normally. A simple school for gifteds, only your character's powers are limited to a single mythical creature.

It's the magic school bus~!
No way, a bus that flies in outer space. With random earthlings trapped on it. Will they try to get off the bus? NOT IF THEY'VE EVER TAKEN A PHYSICS COURSE. They will have no choice but to hang on for a crazy galactic adventure, encounter aliens and different species, and maybe eventually return to earth... if it still exists.
Something crazy, random, and possibly educational.

I wake up in the middle of the night and freak out about that still. xD
It's the freakin' spongebob balloon up on my ceiling that scared the crap out of me one night and I kept thinking it's some white freaky old spider lady coming to suck out my soul. Imagination sucks. I run to my bed from here at night when all the lights are off, running into all the closed doors and tripping over shoes and walls... DX
I so silly. ;3
They can't get me under the covers~
*remembers Robot Chicken episode where monsters take out bats and beat the kid* Sheeeet. DX

A role play about a freelance experimental team of homicide investigators sent to solve the most mysterious, gruesome, or occasionally annoying cases. The thing is, the cases they get handed often involve nonhuman being that most people shouldn't know about, and that's why their team is made up partly of nonhumans. Or maybe entirely, who knows? o3o

For an event, we play a game of "who dun it"? Like the game Clue! :3 Some murder in a mansion, victorian era-like, and maybe about a week to solve it?~ We have drawing cards and whatnot like the actual game or something? So, someone will have to "host" it...
