Please post the below form in the thread of the colourist you would like to make your custom; then send the trade to the mule.
Custom slot status can be found in each individual colourist's thread.

Rules:
• You may order only two customs in one month. This is to stop people from hogging all the slots. If the custom slots aren't filled within a week of opening they will be opened to everybody.
• You cannot co-own a custom.
• Custom completion can take anywhere from a day to 3-4 weeks, depending on schedule. Do not harass if your custom isn't completed as fast as you'd like, otherwise your money may be refunded and the slot opened to someone more willing.
• Payment is due 36 hours after claiming a slot. If payment is not received before this time the slot will be opened to the public again.
• Do not discourage anybody from trying for a custom slot.
• Do not argue with what the colourist feels is complicated colouring or line-editing.
• No refunds will be given if your custom doesn't turn out as you had planned. We will try and complete it to our fullest ability.
• Make sure you fill out the entire form.
• In order to qualify for a newbie slot you must have at least 500 posts. This is to discourage people using mules.
• Do not edit your form once you have posted it! If you have entered something incorrectly please quote your post in the colourist's thread with the corrections. Do not PM the mule, or a colourist, saying you've changed your mind and that you want a different custom. Your money will be refunded and the slot given to someone else.
