I'd assume they would have a trip to Keterburg.
Jade would simply spend the day with Nephry, drinking Tea and sending cards with sarcastic comments to the gift recipients.
Anise would be at the casino and gambling pulling either Guy or Natalia along to be her 'supervisor'.
Guy would be being tortured by Anise at the Casino. If not, then I would have to say he would be spending a day enjoying the Spa and running around the town doing random tasks assigned to him by Jade.
Natalia would either be with anise or she would be at the spa. She would eventually come out and try to practice cooking in the hotel
Luke and Tear would be spending the day together in the hotel. At dinnertime, Natalia would serve them terrible food and they would be forced to go to the hospital.
Asch would be somewhere else, giving flowers to strangers and hugging everyone he sees.
