Welcome,
Guild Rules:
1) Display common courtesy and manners in your writing.
2) Use proper conventions when possible.
3) Follow the TOS within the guild.
General Policies:
1) Any problems with the guild staff should be PMed to another crew member or the Vice Captains.
2) Any issues with other guild members should be taken to private messaging to be resolved.
3) The main forum is considered "anti-drama" and if you feel you need to make a post that might incite "drama" in the guild, it should be made in the subforums (if made at all).
4) Spam Policy --: Blatant Spam is not allowed, which includes emoticon-only responses and other comments that don't contribute to the discussion. Advertising topics are allowed, but please use this privilege wisely and don't abuse it.
5) Necro Policy -- Necro-ing (replying to topics that haven't been replied to for a while) is completely allowed so long as the thread isn't time specific, e.g. a Christmas thread in the middle of spring or donation items from two months ago. If you want to reply to a time-specific thread and your post is going to be awesome and pertinent, then go for it; just use your common sense.
6) People who conduct themselves in such a manner as to bring the club into disrepute will be subject to penalty.
Guidelines to Avoid Drama:
1) Listen actively. Respect others when they are talking.
2) Speak from your own experience instead of generalizing ("I" instead of "they," "we," and "you").
3) Do not be afraid to respectfully challenge one another by asking questions, but refrain from personal attacks -- focus on ideas.
4) Participate to the fullest of your ability -- community growth depends on the inclusion of every individual voice.
5) Instead of invalidating somebody else's story with your own spin on their experience, share your own story and experience.After reading the rules. Please sign. This shows that you fully understood the rules and if you disobey them you will be in big trouble.

Banning System 1. Warning 2. Warning - 3 days ban from guild 3. Warning - 7 days ban from guild 4. Kicked out of guild, for an amount of time decided by the mods. 5. Permanently Banned from Guild ** After a month of being banned you may be allowed to join the guild again. But the mods will decide who is allowed to come back in.

Rules for Guild Members 1. No flaming 2. No begging 3. No off topic posts 4. Have fun 5. Post in the right forums 6. Make new threads responsibility 7. Thread titles need to be relevant to the main point of the topic

Rules for Moderators 1. Don't be rude to the members 2. Don't edit posts or topics. 3. Don't give your friends any different rules than the ones made for this guild. 4. Enforce the guild rules. 5. DO NOT delete threads, move them to Recycle Bin. 7. Be active, if you are a moderator for this guild you will need to be active. Every 2 months I demote mods who are no longer active and get new members to become mods. If you can no longer be active or don't want to help the guild anymore please PM drinking12 A note to the guild members, if a moderator abuses their position please
pm drinking12 and let him know straight away, if you can take a screen shot that's even better.
