I decided to make the Dragon Reborn.

There are tribal tattoos under his coat sleeves to represent the dragons on his arms.
The electric sparks around his are to symbolize him holding onto the One Power.
The spear is the Seanchan spear.
The sword is the flame word he creates with the Power.
The blue is to represent the void that surrounds him.
Of course he has the short red hair and gray eyes.
That's how I interpret it. Now I have to ask, how shall we go about giving you the 100 gold for the submission?

This is Elayne. The petals are there because I thought it was a nice way to show how Rand and her met; in her garden.
