Each section or as a band has a tradition they usually uphold some can be cute other can be not so favorable.... :/

Most have initiations, two years ago the trumpet line had one kid at a time ride in the trunk of the section leader's car and they drove around Junior parking lot. We did the same this past season with the whole sax section, only one kid did it but we used an alto player's truck and put the noob in the tool box...
We also have the traditional "WHO-RAH" pep talk, which was done by the senior drumliners, last year it was the Drum captian...and he talked using a precher's hallelluah voice.
hmmm...trying to think of more traditions but I can't think of any.
OH! After everygame we went to either Applebee's or Perkins....
