So there's no more confusion with Applications, I made an Info thread.
The name of the land in the RP is Atilmos. It is devided into six providences, each controled by a count or countess, who in turn, serve the Emperor.
Imperial Providence: The Largest of the six providences. Houses the Imperial city and the Tiber bay.
Anosh Providence: The smallest of the six providences. The city of Anuzis is protected by the Snowcapped Anosh mountains.
Gildern Providence:A Hevily forested region. The City of Kuzon is often refered as "The City with Nature's Blessing" because of that.
Balatist Providence: Houses the port City of Uxorn. All traded goods form other contries arrive here.
Mohinder Providence: A farming providence. Most of the Empire's produce comes from here. The city of Suresh lies at the tip of the penisula.
Rudradac Providence: A desolate desert region. The city of Ethomes lies near the edge. The Brotherhood of the Hunt's Proving grounds are found at the top of Hunter's peak at the Balatist providence border.

Brotherhood of the Hunt: Guildmaster- Mikhail Lyons (Age: 31, Species: Luxray, Gender: Male)
Academy of Transmutation: Guildmaster- Kediri Dawnskies (Age: 27, Species: Gardevoir, Gender: Female)
Mages Guild: Arch Mage- Maxwell Amontilado (Age: 41, Species: Espeon, Gender: Male.)
Fighters Guild: Guildmaster- Arthrun Romanis (Age: 30, Species: Gallade, Gender: Male.)
Shadowfoot Guild: Guildmaster- Maratis Ubranox (Age: 60, Species: Mismagius, Gender: Female.)

List of Diseases:
Vamirs Hemophila: also known as the vampire's disease. After one day of being infected with it, the victim will have a sudden taste for blood. after five days, sunlight will sear their skin. The victim must recieve the cure by then or they will become a vampire.
Plagus Magicus: A disease that causes blood to leak into the lungs. Not always fatal, but without treatment it can lead to a comatose state.
Blackoculus: The infected person will begin to hallucinate, seeing horrible creatures that arn't there. If not treated, the person my become insane from the horrifying visuals.
Hunter's Eyes: A very useful disease. The infected person will be able to see in dark areas. However, bright light may cause blindness.
