ok so i was talking to my twin brother yesterday and he was coming out to me that he was gay
and as soon as he said that some retarded a** 8th grader got into his face and screamed at him saying that he was a d**k sucker and going to hell. needless to say it upset my brother and pissed me off
i mean really are people that damn closeminded?
(also my older brother was with us when the 8th grader did this and he punched the guy in the face the douche bag deserved it anyways)

I wonder what it would be like if I had a twin brother...A gay twin brother...
-Shudders- Twincest fangirls... Scary people razz
Seriously though, this is what people are like. I'm just glad the situation didn't get out of hand. Tolerance is rare. Maybe it's just because I'm in the bible belt, but I was hit in the back of the head with a brick because of my sexuality and nobody did anything about it... Cops or "innocent" by stander.
Yeah... You should just help your brother be strong during these times. Alot of us know a bit too personally how scarring coming out can be. People suck >:

Honestly, you should not pay any attention to what an 8th grader said. That's a child, and children that age rarely have their own opinions. I know at that age, though I was beginning to form my own opinions, most of it was still what my parents thought.
Pre-teens are stupid, often even into the teenage years kids are stupid. Everyone realizes this once they pass those years, even about themselves, at least everyone I know does. My brother used to get beat up on the buss on the way home from school in middle school because he wore bell-bottoms, and he was miserable at the time. But as far as I know he looks back on it and says "at least I was brave enough to be who I am instead of hiding so I could fit in, unlike them".
So seriously, you shouldn't worry about it. It may be upsetting now, but the words of someone that age should not mean anything to you.
