Hey all-
Rate the avatar directly ahead of your comment (yes that means the first one done will be mine, I will try not to injure anyone afterwards) then dissect the combined look for a peek into the physique of the real person behind the avatar. For instance, is Okivision really going through angst and anger during the holidays for her dark theme and elf killing pose?
Since we all change our avatar on a regular basis this should be fun.

I think your current avatar shows that while you are excited about things in general you are stressed and feel that all your worries are trying to drag you down, especially those concerning family, thus the skeletal arm reaching for the elf which looks a bit like a child wink Of course this being the holiday season doesn't help, which would also explain the skeletal arm reaching for the elf, you are definitely ready for the holidays to be over and for things to calm down.

Cool thread idea Oki! (esp. considering how fast most of you change your avatar)
Like most of your avatars Awen, there are a lot of peaceful pastels, and soothing coloring, your avatar itself somewhat fey, pixie like. Your avatar looks peaceful, if not wistful, and full of holiday cheer.

::looks around:: Wow, i can post here.. ::waves to Oki:: Hiya! Love the thread idea! Would have been here sooner but thought i couldn't post.
::looks up at Kira:: To me your avatar seems of a dark persuasion, with alot of secrecy embedded in it. The use of dark colors(especially the dark red) strikes me as particularly shadowy, almost like an evil character. The masque not only tells me of the unwillingness to show thy face, but also gives a more eloquent air, like a sophisticated type of evil. The gargoyle with his wing above you also fits with the secretive nature, but also seems more protecting, like your avatar is judged as dark, but is actually quiet sophisticated, only wanting to be a part of society and not attacked for whats on the surface. am i close, Kira?

I never attached that much symbolism to it, but what you said rings true Artea.
And what about you? Ever present green hair combined with your usually white atire gives off a cheerful but gentle air. Your avatar also usually carries weapons but not overly mencaing ones, communicating to me a desire to defend and protect.

I look at your avatar, Kira, and I see drama. Not the bad kind that can turn people into drama queens, but the kind that simply stands out from the mundane. The sword and gargoyle make me think of chivalry and protection.

A very intuitive idea. ^^
I'm more of a feeler than a judger, but I'll try my hardest.
Awen, I love the magical feel your Avatar gives off. I sense charm and friendliness, with a little bit of mischief mixed in with that. The fact there is a Fluff at your feet may point to a warm heart, capable of raising a child or pet well; and the aura signifies you have the power to protect them.

Thank you Shin. You and Kira are pretty right on, though I have to say that my avatar is more the way I want to be than the way I actually am right now =P, aside from the charming, friendly, slightly mischievous part, I'm always like that wink . Not so sure about the raising a child bit, but my cat is still alive after 4 years so that has to say something biggrin

Awen- as usual, you have the need to shock with that red bodice on green short pixie dress. But it shows off your smashing legs and boobs, so go get em tiger! The purple aura is one of mystery and allure and the fluff is for affection for the cute and cuddly

Hhhmmmm ok I'm going to need some of the others to get in on this.....Oki this avatar shows your more adventerous side with the short skirt and body hugging vest topping it off with the cape could have been to much but you pull it off. The red mist adds a layer of mystery. The wolf tells me you are loyal and the tree that you stand firm.

your current avatar Awen reminds me of a sage, a person of great widsome in the realm of magic and not human it all. Possibly a sing that your more in touch with your nature self and believe your ideas are fact in your life

White and vapor like, your current avatar embodies two of your most frequent avatar traights Renton.
1. A sense of elegance, your avatar is simple, but pretty, eye entrancing almost, with clothing that is both expensive looking and ornate.
Your costume tells me you have a hunger for the elequent and serious. You wish to be percived as poetic, insightful, even stylish, or at the very least, these things please you.
2. Transperacy, Evanescense. Your avatar is wispy, ghost like, and you usually apply an air of detached humanity, as if you stand apart from the solid realm, and stand someplace ethereal, emotional, and conceptual.

Kira! You're avi shows a manner of things, but what it reveals about you, well, I'm not sure where to start. 4laugh
With all equipped, it looks very imposing, with a number of weapons that would provide an excellent defense against enemies. However, surrounded by all those defenses make your avatar look a little confined, possibly reflecting that you as a person have much on the inside that you do not allow this prying world to see, and very rarely would you lower your many defenses to let someone come in and see you for who you truly are.
Yet, all these defenses are a weakness neither to you nor your avatar. They are merely means and abilities gained throughout the course of your life that help you learn who of those around you are really friends and who of those need to be turned aside, ultimately revealing you to be passionate as a defender, and fearsome towards your enemies.
The cape seems to define a sense of regal intent, the horse a sign of nobility and power. You are proud of who you are, but not in a destructive manner. The wings show a longing to ascend, and a sense of direction and purpose. You seek ways to better yourself, especially when it would benefit the people you love. The horns and clawed feet represent the power that emminates from you when you are at your best, and the halo balances it out with the humility and serene nature it has about it.

Hmm.. Dawn, Your avatar has a definate Heaven and Earth theme to me.. The light blue and white of your avi represents the beautiful serene sky, while the darker browns represent the humble earth.
The helmet and googles strike me as an aviator type-class, and the gun(?) on your back makes me think of a aerial sniper. The serpent on your shoulder reflects purity of the elements and of your mind, the pure focus that comes from precision and skill.
But looking on the theme(in my eyes at least), i think of someone who has their head in the clouds, always looking for the highest mountain to top, always thinking of something beyond the real, one of high thought and imagination. Also, you have your heart set on the ground. you're humble about your accomplishments, and you're not above having earthly possessions you treasure and earthly desires you want to appease.
Overall, your avi strikes me as a person with their mind in the skies, always looking up, but with the knowledge of reality and the present in your soul. Always looking to the future, but enjoying the present in purity of mind. The gun(i think thats what it is) adds the idea of precision, the idea that you stick to your goals, and try to hit them in the bullseye each time!
Hope i come close to your idea, and if not, hope i gave you an interesting thought on your avi!
...By the way. What stuff are you wearing? I want to get myself some of those.

Artea your avatar has always had a celestial feel to it, with the white ears, gold burst behind you, and what appears to be a white wing on one side. With the sword and shield you make me think of saint George who went after the dragon. The green hair is a twist which goes along with your slightly twisted personality and the cute animal on top tells me you have a gentle nature.
