Status:
Dead -- exists as a ghost possessing/sharing Kinzoku Ayame’s body

Background:
Was a very skilled Alchemist specializing in using metal as a teleportation medium -- primarily mirrors, though she never taught anyone else the skill. According to the Kinzoku clan legend, she lost a daughter in childbirth and the loss drove her insane. She kidnapped another newborn, slaughtering everyone/thing in her path before escaping through a mirror. Supposedly, she appears every now and again to kidnap another child in a similar manner. Between those times, though, she’ll appear randomly to make a “bloody mess,” which she often refers to as some sort of art, being “wonderful” and/or “beautiful.” Has several names by which she’s called, including: Bloody Bones, Hell Mary, Black Agnes, Svarte Madam, and the most popular Bloody Mary (her preferred name).

Personality:
Away from the battlefield, she can be rather calm and “normal,” though once there’s the possibility of a fight, her mind quickly frays and she becomes rather insane with blood thirst, often repeating or lengthening words without much reason. She rhymes/speaks in riddles every now and again to confuse/annoy people. Basically she's insane.

Abilities:
She’s an Alchemist, so pretty much anything to do with metal is within easy reach.

Equipment:
“Guardian” of the Muteki Shield, though she is currently allowing Ayame to use it under her supervision

Special:
Has developed a “soul metal” she refers to as quicksilver, which she describes here.

Other:
It is unknown why exactly Mary has chosen to remain with Ayame instead of going her own way once Ouja was defeated (that was the only reason she joined them in the first place -- to defeat him).

Yeah, okay. That makes sense. Yeah, we'll definitely have to figure out the whole Soul Laws thing. I'm liking the whole dead idea, since that goes along with the "Bloody Mary" legend that we're playing her off of, but we can figure that out in the whole Soul Laws section.

Anyway, here's the picture I drew for her -- how I see her as we're rp-ing at least. The stuff around her right arm is her quicksilver. I wasn't sure what the shield's supposed to look like, so I drew up the one she's holding. I know the runes are more western than eastern, but that can easily be changed. I just wanted to get the feel of having the markings around the outside. If we go with the ghost idea, then this is what she looked like when she was alive. Imagine her see-throughy as a ghost. But yeah, this is what I got.

I wanted to base her costuming off of this as well as a picture of Sakura Haruno that I can't seem to find again . . . but the dress was really cool. Yeah, I guess it does look a bit piratey, but the tattered sleeves and color scheme and all I think go along with the age and insanity card. It makes her seem harder and more dangerous, especially if her costume leans toward the pic I linked above.

Plus, though she's based off of a western legend/myth, I thought it'd go along more with the rp if she were dressed a bit more ninja-esque. I think the Victorian look would be a bit out of place.

As for the shield, I'm looking into some of the seals and spirally writing stuff that's used in Naruto for an idea. I like the kanji in the eyes thing. I'll have to look into that as well (no pun intended).

Perhaps with the shield, since it's "made by the gods", size doesn't really matter. Maybe it changes to suit a situation. idk. Too big and bulky would make it hard to use, in my opinion, so yeah . . .
