So what's your religion? And what are your opinions on God and such? I know that for most people that this is a touchy subject and normally always causes some sort of conflict so please be opened minded and not say anything rude or stupid. Thank You ^_^
I don't know much about religion and I'm still not sure what you would call someone like me. I personally believe that their is a God but I don't believe in everything in the bible. I mean, the book was man made and created centuries ago. Times have changed and so has the people of Earth. Why follow something so old? Either way, I also believe in other Gods. I don't do witch craft or anything, I just think that if one of the commandments mentions for you to only worship God then that must mean that there's more then one out there. I also believe in reincarnation. I seriously do, I think I was a man in my past life cause I keep dreaming that I'm this one guy dressed in clothes worn from the Renaissance era. So yeah...those are my views...Oh and one last thing, I think God wants us to be gay. I mean, why else would he let us humans and some animals have the ability to love someone of the same sex? God loves us. Straight, Bi, Gay or Lesbian. We're his children. He wants us happy. That's what I think...that's what I know. So when someone tells me I'm going to hell cause God doesn't love me...I tell them their wrong and that God only made me this way and that I'm embracing it with open arms ^_^

I also don't believe everything in the bible. In fact, I basically do the opposite. The bible was written by humans. I would believe it was some holy book if it fell out of the sky and landed on some random priest's head or something.
I do believe in God and such. (I also believe in reincarnation like you do Fiyori, although I believe my last life was far closer to my current life than yours was, as every time I hear and form of Motown music, I feel nostalgic, and see visions of Detroit, despite the fact that in my current life I've never been there in person.)
And I totally agree with the whole gay thing. It's not a choice to be gay, so why would God condemn us for something we can't control?

I was raised a Seventh Day Adventist. All that basically means is that instead of going to church on Sunday I go on Saturday. I do believe there is a God. He did set out rules for us to follow, but wants our happiness. I can't stand people who condemn gays. Those who do such wrong acts will burn in hell themselves. God did not give us the right to judge. I'm extremely open to all religions. I don't have this idea that if you aren't a Seventh Day Adventist you won't be saved. People that believe if you don't conform to their religion you will be left, will end up getting left themselves. On the issue of reincarnation, I don't quite see the logic in it but I do appreciate the idea.

Fiyori_Takeshi Speak in tongues? What does it mean? During the one of the suppers with Christ, the dsicplines were given the ability to speak in tongues. Bascially they can speak all launguages to be able to teach God's word everywhere. However, now it is used (since the disciplines died with this gift) as a way of communicating with the Holy Spirit, to God. The holy Spirit is talking directly from your soul to God. Its a type of prayer, and everyone's tongue is different. Some speculate that if one took the time to actually listen to someone else, and write it down you could find a root word in their tongue from every language known to man..

Well since there's all point of view ill tell mine, im an Atheist biggrin and im really open minded on your point of view and even respect it. But i don't believe it, i mean the bible was written by a human like u and me, its just a book that gives us a amazing story that everyone believed in so greatly that took it as a personal teaching. If the world really understand the teachings of the bible this world wouldn't be like this. Also your God musnt be the one they write i mean its so overused and abused that well i don't believe in him and i think that sooner no one will. and before u ask, yes i was catholic, and didn't stand there i went on a faith journey and tried all religions i could, but in the end for me all were the same. I hope u don't get angry with this, im just giving my opinion like everyone else did smile

I know a while back I said I was a Seventh Day Adventist but as of recently I'm not sure anymore. I do believe there is some great being or power. I guess the term is agnostic. The bible is a flawed book that is for sure. It has been passed down so many times it had been tampered with to teach us almost what we want to hear. From what I have heard and researched that is a proven fact. We continue to find original copies and compare them to our bible's today and find more and more information is missing. Even with this knowledge though no one has even considered including that information back in the bible of today.

Because like I've said most other denominational don't believe in it.
