I don't know why I haven't asked this sooner..
So, when you're in a relationship with someone of the opposite sex there is a clear and distinct male-female role. But what about when you're in a same-sex relationship?
I've always been the "man" in my relationships.. and my girlfriend has finally come to terms that she really is, the girl.
So how about you all? What "role" do you usually take?

Right now It's pretty even sometimes I take on the male role, I'm more protective than she is and what not. But I also act a bit girly sometimes, same for her. So yeah.

for real? you guys are dating?! cool.
anyways, i'm easily the guy in the relationship, but i'm basically always a guy. i mean, if i were a lil more flat chested, it would be easier just to call me a boy. but oh well. i was cursed. haha.

Yeah I'm usually a very protective-ish type of person.. So I guess that accounts for part of my male role. I guess it'd be fun to swap the roles around a bit though, it's not like there's a rule that staes "you have to be this gender in your same-sexed relationship" lol. some relationships don't have roles... but idk? i switch on and off. but i was always the tomboy, so sometimes i'm into a more male role. my mum gets mad sometimes cos i wear boxers xD but yea, i haven't really been in a relationship, cos i'm not really out to a lot of people, so i dunno =]
